I don't run them in one vps, but in Windows! Much easier to maintain, and my comp. is always on anyways. I also have fixed IP so it's just a matter to define the ports correctly and open them in your firewall

Let me add to that that for staking your coins need to mature, and the longer your wallet is online the bigger your network weight. But true, if you want decent returns, you should at least hold 2-3K pure in your wallet

Developer is slowly but surely moving forward at a pace i like very much. I know those big exchanges are planned, you just have to be patient. The coin is still very young.
