Wow...
PXL is incredibly underpriced at the moment.
Standard return on 1MH is .02 btc/day.
Right now 1 Mh seems to be returning .007 btc/day.
Either the rate of coins goes up (which it's not)
Or the price goes up...

If you factor in the block bonus it is more like 0.15/day. And if you hold on to that for when the price goes up ....
We are not much closer to a difficulty change today than we were yesterday. I am trying to get us listed on CoinWarz, etc to attract mining which will help us get through this difficulty block.
Kind of hard to factor in block bonuses when you are a small time miner with 700 kH/s...ive been lucky and found 2 blocks (15+ bonus) but thats for a total of about 5 days mining now, as more people hop on it will be even harder to find a block.
So for me, I can't really expect to find a block and factor it into my BTC/day ratio.
Well you should average about a block a day at your speed. But "variance" is a huge factor and you may have lucky or unlucky streaks. You could get 20 blocks in a week or get 0. But over a long period of time things should average out
Others mining have no affect on your chances if mining a block.

Pool.pxlcoin.com now will display an accurate "BTC/Day" figure based on the atomic-trade.com API.
If any other pool ops are interested in adding this, let me know - it requires a slight modification to the MPOS code.

Right now my goal is to get CoinWarz, CoinChoose and CoinMarketCap to support Atomic-Trade so we get listed there. That will get the attention of miners. If people could email or tweet to those 3, and request they support Atomic-Trade that would help a lot!

We will be increasing the block finder bonus on pool.pxlcoin.com to 30 PXL in the next few minutes.
At 1 MHS you should now average about 60 PXL per day. That is roughly 0.0018 BTC per day per MHS!

I hope this doesn't die out.We are trying to do everything possible to get the attention of miners. People mine other coins that are much less profitable - I think it is just a matter of getting listed on Cryptsy or another exchange that is linked to CoinWarz or CoinChoose.
Thanks to everyone who has supported us and we will continue to back this project no matter what. Even with a "slow" network we can still process sales on pxlcoin.com
Every time I've seen a coin listed on cryptsy/coinex etc.. it usually happens when a lot of people request them to add due to A LOT of people mining the coins.
Maybe you guys can speak with them(the exchanges), maybe the difficulty readjustment needs to change a bit, maybe the confirmation time needs to change a bit (still waiting on coins I mined 2 days ago that still havent been confirmed)....just my two satoshis.
Regardless, I'm still here mining with my puny 700 Kh/s rig. Keep up the hard work.
Also it shouldn't take that long to get a payout. Pool.pxlcoin.com pays out on 30 confirms. We put up the coin to allow paying before 120 confirms which is what the network protocol is. You should be seeing payouts in around 24 hours.

I am working on getting PXL added to CoinChoose, CoinWarz, and CoinMarketCap so miners can know about our coin. I am also still working tirelessly to get us added to some bigger exchanges. Atomic-Trade is nice but they are new so they have low liquidity.
Once these things happen the difficulty should level out and confirmations will speed up.
It's a chicken-before-the-egg problem right now: exchanges won't add us if lots aren't mining but lots won't mine unless exchanges add us.
Anyway, if everyone could request us on cryptsy and other markets that would be huge. That and mine the coin!
