What do you think your stereotypical user would be like?

The common agent working in a call center environment.

i asked in the telegram channel about it...they have a partnership with a university in florida to create the content. i think then the companies can post their own trainings on there as well

PodOne is partnered with the University of Florida?

No we are not partnered with the University of Florida. Our parent company, Fenero, has a couple Miami-based university clients that we've been in talks with to assist with content development.

Do you think PodOne will be able to stick to their road map with minimal delays?

If we acquire the resources we need for development, absolutely yes! We've been writing contact center software, and software in general, for years. This isn't new to us.

Very interesting idea. Is PodOne strictly for call centers, or does it plan to offer other methods of contact -- i.e., email, text, chat.?

it's for "contact centers", which covers multiple customer contact channels.

What will happen with the unsold tokens ? Will you burn them ?

No, we will use them to add to our 'user growth and incentive' pool, which is what will be used to reward top performing agents. This is a great way to make them WANT to deliver excellent customer service to clients

They said "A university in Florida", not "The university of Florida", subtle but important difference.

Oh yeah, good point. I'm curious which university though, and whether or not the info is even reliable.

It doesn't sounds too reliable, but you never know. Maybe we can get some feedback from PodOne.

So this would be a good way of replacing those places like staffmark right?

What will happen with the unsold tokens ? Will you burn them ?

That's a good question. Or you could keep them locked for other uses.

I think burning them would be best for retaining consumer confidence.

Yeah, but they could use those coins for so much including marketing which would benefit all coin holders.
