I suppose there is no any team behind it, but I am willing to sacrifice significant amount of time to put it in this project. It's time to put all efforts on creating a group of people, which will push this coin further.

I agree. It's time for a community takeover. Back in the early days, when we had no official dev, Del137 was basically the community leader. Whatever happened to him?

Also, it's kind of funny that this coin was strongest when we had no dev. The price was highest and the community was very active.

To get this thing rolling we - the community - should define some goals for this coin.
Things we could discuss:
- switching mining algo as scrypt-jane seems not to be the crowds choice for the time after ASICs are out (they love X11; it would attract many new miners)
- switching difficulty algo to DigiShield or a similar approach
- a wallet update to improve startup performance (it takes a couple of minutes on my linux machine. Other coins just a blink)
- a payment processor
- a website?!!
- a mobile wallet
- getting on more popular exchanges
- a community manager for this forum, reddit and the social media stuff
- a rebirth campaign with some giveaways to show people QQC is now under development
- ...
After all when we know what we want, we need to create a very attractive stake* for the persons that will do the work and showing themself responsible for the future of this coin (at least partly; a community is ALWAYS needed - but this doesn't seem to be a problem here)
* total amount of coins is 30,000,000 so 1% = 300k. This is just about 0.4BTC at the current rate.

I would suggest to the dev to take a fraction of a BTC and buy a big stake of QQC. Then there would be enough motivation for further development.
This is also valid for any coin developer who wants to maintain a coin with a great community by overtaking QQC.

I mean there is a lot of qqc supporters, but again they got fucked by a shit dev.

The votes for bter are impressive indeed, maybe the community is just sleeping 
Mining this coin right now and with current n factor, my two R9 290 only pull something like 300W from the wall, that's half scrypt power consumption, i get something like 30kh/s ish per gpu.

Yep a dedicated paid dev team and put a vote on cryptsy, with block halving coming, it's time to make a move.
strange because in the voting qqc does really well so there must still be quite and active community

the community needs to formulate a plan and take over this coin.
1. raise a good size pot of qqc held by member with good reputation.
2. formulate some projects to start -
games, exchange, multipool that dumps latest clones and purchases qqc, elect a paid community manager to get some things done.

Just scooped up extra 100,000 qqcoins. 
Had 20k before but at this price you must be stupid not to buy them all.
