Hilux proof was already posted on the other board with blockchain reading and screenshots from big mining members from this board accusing evan to have big blockchains manipulated that only him can mine these blackchains with high value.Its not a secret he posted also about his whole datacenter which will mine for coins.Posting a single link about the new coin and the info you can also gain from this board makes it look very legit when knowing that over 90% have been mined in the first month.Also the bribe to Bill Still sponsored by Evan and the biggest wallet with the big moves from hundred of smaller wallets.It shows instantly that  coins has been shared in subaccounts so people wont be able to recognize that everything is from a single wallet.Coins has been traded also in volume thats correct but not in such a way that would legit 60% in under 100 wallets and when looking at the subwallets you can be sure its way more than just 60%.Tell me what would happen if the guy with the 30 milion coin wallet decide to dump all his coins ?The coin would instantly stop existing.
and all investors expect him would loose 99% of their money value not important at which lvl they bought these coins.

Another issue which i personly have is that quark propagated as alternative to the banksters and fiatmoney.Right at the moment i can tell you the fiat money is way more secure than crypto and crypto is so easy to be taken over by the government which is just a joke.I'm asking myself as a tech guy how people can belive in such a nonsense that crypto is save and most important annonym.

Thule was the handle of a remarkably consistent critic of QRK. He was very persistent when we started the QRK forum in Nov., and so far, the price decline in some ways proves him right.

I am one of the so called trolls from the old board and i can say that i'm still impressed how people didnt learn anything from the past.

First of all what i can instantly see you guys are trying to open a new scam coin for pump and dump.
Shows you havent learned anything out of the past.Also i would recommend to leave digitalindustry and max since their names are burned in the cryptocurrency.Max Kaiser,Bill still and Evan (on reuters) advertised Quark and people joined it like morons without even understanding the system.Checking now i can say that people lost arround 70% of their money in a single month and any bigger sale would instantly kick the price under $0.05 .You can even claim that they lost 99% cause once they try to sell their coins the price will go instantly down.Watching on volume you can already see there are no more buyers but only holdersThere are still big wallet holders,no mining anymore even evan ALWAYS told us this wont ever happen LOL yeah i remember his words or his claims of the great work of community which is creating infrastructur for quark...
Maybe somebody can show me now the changes after so many months which makes quark a currency LOL .
Another issue are several security issues which evan wanted to fix in feburary but which arent fixed till today.
So yeah quark is a great coin and i can predict that even quark starts again that ther wont be any big attantion since the names quark,digitalindustry and max are burned after the quark scam.

And it was nobody else than digitalindustry who kicked out all the great members and moderators who were unhappy with the premine but who pushed quark to the position where it was.

Hey im a long time holder and supporter of the Quarkcoin, I ahh bought 100,000 odd the very next day after Cryptsy it up for trade and iv been holding most of them ever since...

I just wanted to come for a visit to see how the Quark community is going as its Quarks 1st birthday in a few days and wanted to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY QUARKCOIN and WELL DONE DEVS!!!

WELL DONE... For not losing interest and keeping Qrk alive, Thanks for all the work you've put in over the last year and i hope theres many more to come....

STICK TO WHAT YOU THINK IS BEST FOR QRK DONT DO NO STUPID SHIT OTHERS ARE YOU PUSHING TO DO... Iv seen many of coin i invested in over the last 2.5 years iv been buying/trading coins simply die in the ass... For varies reasons, You only have to have a look around at all coins that had great potential once upon a time that are now dead or worthless, Go check out the ADT community for example... Literally go have a look at what a divided and arguing community has done to that coin.

I want to point something out... Look at the all time trading history of Qrk on Cryptsy, It traded for 3-4 months from July to mid November between 0.00000040 - 0.00000400 and never any higher in those months until every single coin got pumped to Mooon in November and Qrk went along for the ride with all the other coins, Since then every coin not just Qrk but every coin has come crashing back to Earth and many harder than others, I think compared to many coins Qrk is shaping up better than most have in that time its still trading at 5x what it was before it got pumped (Think of it that way)... Many of these new coins coming out WOW there are shitloads arnt there? I can see many of those coins dying off just as iv seen so many in my time, Most are just pump, dump get rich quick coins that dont have a solid footing in the crypto world... Me personally have much more faith in the oldschool coins that had innovation in the early days, They have stood the test of time they've been pumped, dumped, thrashed out but they still here doing well... Qrk will have good times again (After this financial crisis is over)... Block rewards halve next couple days so buy up while Qrkcoins are still cheap...

It depends upon how many Quarkholders decide to move to the new coin.

Basically, proof-of-burn is the process of creating coins by destroying old ones. You make a quark wallet that only has a public address (no private key) and people can trade their quarkcoins for the new coins by sending quarks to that address. The foundation would monitor the address via the block explorer during the distribution period and when it was over they would send the new coins to people who took advantage of the process.

Since there is no private key, no one can ever spend those coins again. Essentially, they are destroyed.

So basically, If I send 50k QRK to the wallet address I will lose those quarks forever but will be rewarded with the equivalent of 50k QRK in the new currency. This is how Counterparty created their currency (they burned Bitcoin).

There are several scenarios about how this could affect people who decide not to move to Core, however.

1. The majority of Quark-holders move.

In this scenario, most of the Quark community transitions to Core. This will effectively kill Quark...the community will be so small that investors will lose confidence and sell out....unless somehow the remaining community stands firm and attracts new members. If that happened, then the price of QRK would probably go up quite a bit. So many Quarkcoins had been destroyed that those that remained would be worth a lot more.

2. A small portion of Quark-holders move

Say Quarkfx decides to launch core but only 5% of the community wants to go with him. This will probably leave Quark basically intact (as long as they still have a dev., foundation, etc.)...so Core should not affect Quark to much...the only effect would probably be a tiny bump in value to account for the coins that had been destroyed.

Creating a complimentary coin[separate blockchain] won't do any good for the longevity of QRK. It would take a life of it's own and thus detract from quark popularity in the long run.

The only way a complimentary coin would benefit quark is if you received this coin for holding quark. This could be done by adding PoS to quark but staking generates this complimentary coin.

No, but we need a structure in my opinion to enhance decision taking by making it more transparent and democratical. We try to prepare the new forum, so this can be done all from within the forum and I hope others will get along with these ideas.
