The Quadrant Protocol token will also be used by guardians and elons, they will stake their QUAD in order to get access data (in the case of elons) and run a node (in the case of guardians).

, I already hold Bluzelle tokens, more then one. That is enough right? I have more bluzelle tokens on another account, but that doesn't increase bonus right If I send them also to the eth contribution adress?

Correctly I understand that the inhabitants of Singapore will be the first to test the work of databases on themselves and receive a fee in tokens for their contribution to the development of the project infrastructure, and in the future this network will expand to other countries? What will be the interest of users to add data to artificial intelligence?
Yes, you're correct! Pretty exciting, isn't it?
So, as you can see from the article, here is how the partnership will work:
Quadrant will supply satellite images of Singapore to Effect.AI. These will then be annotated via a micro-tasking methodology carried out by a crowdsourced workforce selected on a reliability scoring system, and distributed into smaller files classified on Effect.AI’s Effect Force platform. These files will be rendered as pixel polygons, returned to Quadrant, and finally converted into GPS polygons.
Adding data will be an assembly of all the micro-tasks carried out by "workforce" so this means that per each micro-task, the user will be micro-rewarded.
More details will follow up as the project progresses, but if you need even more clarity I can always ask the team and see if they can share some number projection for the micro-tasks

Exciting news, guys!!! I cannot wait to see the community grow!!! You have some strong support all over the world, basically!! This is not something every single project out there can showcase in such blasé fashion!!! I'm so happy for you/us!!!
