After receiving my grey nodes today and being very impressed with them I'm very tempted to go for one of your 3 coin sets: https://ravenbit.com/product/satoshinode-three-coin-set/

For $49 + shipping it seems a very good deal Smiley.

Would that just then leave the silver to complete a full set of your coins (apart from the other color nodes)?

Yes, that would leave the Node Silver and the Node Brass limited edition (sold out numbered 1-50, but this guy is selling some). The 3 coin set includes the Node Brass standard (not numbered), Node Copper and Satoshi. They each come with pouches, display stands, and 2 holograms each.

Only 18 of Ravenbit's Satoshi coins remaining. (total coins minted: 204)

This was my first release back in December 2013 and can be purchased directly from ravenbit.com or by pm'ing me. The binary inside of the profile converts to Satoshi Nakamoto  Wink

Up for auction are 10 SATOSHI coins from Ravenbit's first series that I've entitled the "Zero Set":  #0100, #0200, #0300, #0400, #0500, #0600, #0700, #0800, #0900, #1000

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/auction-10x-ravenbit-satoshi-physical-bitcoins-the-zero-set-ends-nov-19-857116

Including these 10 coins there are only about 50 SATOSHI coins remaining out of a mintage of 204.

There will be a few more auctions for some of the remaining SATOSHI "test" coins, which will bear the a "T" mintage symbol. More details to follow.

The SATOSHI test coins are now for sale. Contrary to what I've written above, the 8 test coins will not bear a "T" mintage symbol. The coins themselves show some wear, and I have left parts of the used holograms on the coins. I know this may be desirable for some, so I'll leave them as-is and let you decide what you want to do with them. I'm asking $9 (0.023BTC)for each. and that price will include everything you would normally receive with a coin kit: 2 holograms, display stand, air-tite coin holder, felt pouch, labels and gift box.

Shipping will be 0.01BTC to the U.S. and 0.015BTC anywhere else for up to 4 test coins. Slightly more if ordering more than 4 coins.

Please see image links below:

Top row: #185, #302, #538, #627
Bottom row: #657, #794, #845, #853

obverse: http://imgur.com/M2C0ZLu
reverse: http://imgur.com/mfFYXRB

I'm going to make these test coins an even 0.02BTC ($7.60 at current price). There are only 8 test coins and they are listed as such on the official SATOSHI mintage page.

For those of you still following this topic:

1) I have overhauled ravenbit.com and created a SATOSHI coin Mintage page detailing the number of coins remaining (57 out of 204). 800 out of the original 1,004 coins minted were sent back to the mint and destroyed due to defects found in the brass blanks.

2) I have minted a new design that is set to be released in a few days.

3) There is currently an auction running for 5 SATOSHI coins and 1 unreleased NODE coin (the new design). I plan on running at least 2 additional auctions for various SATOSHI coins - some of the coins used in the initial testing will be auctioned off at a significant discount.

I will update this topic until I create a new topic for the NODE coin. Until then check ravenbit.com and my twitter account @ravenbit for the latest updates regarding release.

Announcing the Ravenbit DIY Physical Bitcoin Kit

The Ravenbit physical bitcoin's composition is approximately 85% copper/15% zinc, commonly referred to as Goldine. It weighs in at 27 grams and has a diameter of 39mm. Each of the 1,000 coins, in this limited edition first batch, is individually numbered.

In addition to the physical coin, each kit includes:

    (1) Ravenbit Physical Bitcoin
    (4) Custom Tamper-Evident Security Holograms
    (1) 8.5 x 11 (US Letter) sheet of Gloss Clear Custom Public/Private Key labels (Inkjet)
    (1) 8.5 x 11 (US Letter) sheet of Crystal Clear Custom Public/Private Key labels (Laser)
    (1) 8.5 x 11 (US Letter) sheet of Premium White Uncoated Custom Public/Private Key labels (Inkjet or Laser)
    (1) Velvet coin pouch
    (1) Acrylic coin display stand
    (1) Air-tite direct fit capsule

More detailed specifications here

What makes Ravenbit's physical bitcoin different from most other offerings?

1) We don't generate, store or otherwise have access to your private key
We provide you with custom label sheets, a custom tamper evident hologram and a client-side javascript label template generator. You generate your keys with your preferred bitcoin wallet generator (we like bitaddress.org), paste the keys into our template generator, and then print to the included label sheets. No longer do you have to place your trust in the issuer or the issuer's processes. (p.s. we encourage you to examine the label generator's code)

2) We don't denominate our coins
You get to decide how much, or how little BTC you want to load onto your coin.

3) We don't load bitcoin onto our coins
Sending the denominated value to the issuer, so the issuer can load the bitcoin after the coin is delivered puts the issuer at risk of regulatory action and again, requires the buyer to place his or her trust in the issuer. It also adds a significant up front cost for the buyer.

What does the coin cost?

*NEW* bulk order discounts! (Note these discounts only apply to the kits)
5+ coin kits: 10% discount
10+ coin kits: 18% discount
20+ coin kits: 25% discount
These discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If you are interested in larger quantities please PM or email for special pricing

One (1) Ravenbit physical bitcoin kit is currently on sale for $29 (+ shipping). If you are not interested in the full kit, we are selling the coin, 2 holograms and air-tite capsule for $19 + shipping.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept bitcoin through Coinbase, and most major credit cards. All payments are made on ravenbit.com

Where do you ship and which shipping providers do you offer?
We ship worldwide via USPS, Fedex or DHL. If you require shipping via DHL please PM me for a quote.

I proudly present the (most likely) first ever ANACS graded Ravenbit coin! Also , it's a MS67![IMAGE]
How much was it to get it graded?

Including shipping and everything about $20. It took almost 6 weeks though.

1) The auction for coin #6 has begun and will end on April 3 at 11pm EST (3am GMT on April 4)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/auction-coin-6-ravenbit-physical-bitcoin-ends-apr-3-11pm-est-552606

2) Extra holograms are now for sale in sheets of 25 at ravenbit.com. If there is a need for extra label sheets I can also put those up for sale. Please pm me or post here.

3) Due to an increasing number of errors in the last 750 or so of the 1,000 coin batch, many of the first batch of coins will be going back to the mint to be destroyed. I do not have a final count as to how many coins are left, but in total there will likely be less than 200 made, not 1,000. I'm finishing up an all new, very different design for both the coin and the hologram that should be ready for sale in 1-2 months. The label process will be simplified (hint: you won't need to buy labels from me), and I'm hoping my revamped label generator will be useful to more than just my customers. I'm also hoping to lower my price for international shipping due to streamlined packaging. Additional products will also be launched with the newest coin.

Lastly, I want to thank everyone (including the trolls) for your constructive feedback, as it has made all the difference in motivating me to continue to improve, both inside and outside the BTC community.  Smiley
