]This wouldn't make any sense at all. The real estate is tokenized. It doesn't matter how much the coin is worth, it represents the appropriate share in a real estate no matter what. However, it should be assumed that the value of the coin also reflects the value of the properties, which is then again difficult to handle. Do those coins get any kind of specific tag, for example property 1 etc.?
How could this one didn't make sense? You already said that it should be assumed that the value of the coin reflects the value of the properties, then it will make sense.
The value of the properties is directly proportional to the value of coin and vice versa.
I already answered this thing.
"The value of the properties is directly proportional to the value of coin and vice versa."
That things matter when you want to buy REAL token from another currencies. The value of the properties are depend on the amount of REAL tokens, not the value of the tokens.

Real tokens are expected to be less volatile than other cryptocurrencies. They serve a different need, one that might be overlooked by most of us currently, but has great potential once people learn about it. That is, what if you want to reap the (tax) benefits of crypto without the emotional rollercoaster?

I have to add a disclaimer though, although real estate is supposed to be more stable, it can be a rollercoaster as well. Look at the ghost towns in China and ... Spain.

Lets say i invest 1000 coins in one property. In two weeks the value of the coin looses value for 50% and somebody else invests 1000 coins in the same property. Will i own a bigger share of that real estate? Will the invested coin value follow the market?
The dev must answer this question since it is the reality of the cryptos, it's volatility.

Very good question. I'd like to know the answer on this one as well.
Personally i don't think the coin will lose value fast because it's actually backed by REAL estate, although you are never sure with all things crypto.

I have same question .  I want know the answer of this question .

This is my opinion, you can correct me if im wrong.
In this case , you and that "somebody else" will have same amount of shares. But the difference is he bought that 1000 coins at the cheaper price

Now I looked at the whitepaper more. Yes, there is still quite detailed forecast estimates for future growth. In general, it looks like a well thought out development strategy.

there is the possibility to buy some tokens from an exchange? this project look very cool (also Melissa Tongue ) ...

Not yet. You can only buy from the ICO when it starts. It will be added to exchanges later this year (hopefully after the ICO).

Well done, like cointelegraph so much with their unique pictures on their posts
Areschen, if you're scared of the volatility of ETH you can simply exchange ETH for fiat the minute you receive your rent money. Or you can trade it for more REAL, since I expect this to be one of the more stable cryptocurrencies (after all, it is backed by physical real estate).
But im pretty sure ETH price will rise

Well said, am not familiar with the real estate in Spain/Europe, but generally, value in real estates increase over time, as with any markets, fluctuations are expected but if you look at trends in past years, its a safe investment!
Plus, like you said, Real is backed up by physical real estate.

All of this is true, I still don't know why people is so worried about, this is more stable than a cryptocurrencie alone, so I will say that your investment will be safe, and even rising, tohugh perhaps in a slower rate than ethereum, but you don't have to use REAL right away, just when you think the prices will o down, and buy again when it's going up, similar to buying tether, but waay more stable and secure Cheesy.

If I use my REAL tokens to invest in an property, 90% of the rent for this property is distributed to the investors. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now my question. How do they pay out these profits? Will the investors get REAL tokens as a reward (like they are staking REAL) or will they get payed in an other crypto currency?

The rent is converted to ETH, You get a percentage of the total amount of the rent/ETH by the amount of REAL tokens you have invested minus the 10% for the REAL team.

I could be wrong, read the white paper on their page.

https://www.real.markets/

maybe someone can explain better.

I believe you got the explanation right. A good choice since ETH is such an established crypto that offers easy liquidity. Though a possible downside is the volatility that even a big crypto like ETH has. Of course, this can also be an upside, you get the ETH and ETH course rises, you are getting extra profits  Grin

I have a little bit confused . As you says , So if the ETH falls, Will I get extra loss ?

Areschen, if you're scared of the volatility of ETH you can simply exchange ETH for fiat the minute you receive your rent money. Or you can trade it for more REAL, since I expect this to be one of the more stable cryptocurrencies (after all, it is backed by physical real estate).

Thanks for your advice, I will try to get more REAL  Tongue Tongue
