Upon seeing the founders and on what they've done in the past. I think, I can say that they have a pretty solid record when it comes to Real Estate investments. This is the first time that I've heard about Real Estate Crowdsourcing and for me it is really a very fascinating idea plus in combination with Blockchain. Two of truly disrupted innovations of our time. I would like to see where this is going. I think this is a pretty solid investment. Will read more into it, but according to what I've read so far, I think this is really a good investment. It has a huge potential.

by your road map: "Jan 2018 - Expansion to other countries." What countries will be next in your list? And this ll be real for so quickly succes?

Would love to see some East Asian Countries. Then I could say, hey I am owning a house (at least a part of it) in Japan or Korea or so.



I think East Asian Countries should to be excluded China , Because in China Commercial housing only 40 years of property rights, household housing only 70 years of property rights. It is a big risk .

Well never thought about this, but that's something to consider. But I think countries like South Korea or Japan would be a great market.

Also countries in SE Asia are booming, I think this is a booming market and Real Estate investors are eyeing this market too. I think it's good to reach this market as well!

I think East Asian Countries should to be excluded China , Because in China Commercial housing only 40 years of property rights, household housing only 70 years of property rights. It is a big risk .

Well never thought about this, but that's something to consider. But I think countries like South Korea or Japan would be a great market.

There are some real estate crypto projects announced lately, since REX, there is ICO ESTATE, ATLANT, SOSNOVKINO and some others, then i am wondering, which is better and which is good? How can you convince us to go with this project and prove that this one is much better than the others?

REX for example is a real estate listing service basically, ATLANT is similar to this but as a "normal" investor is this clear? "Rental income is distributed to the property token holders after  fees  are  deducted  by the
management  company,  and  the  reserve  fund  is  topped  off  should  it  be  less  than  10%  of  the  property  price  for  the  past  6  months  of  trading,  or  initial  price  of  the  PTO if  6  months has not elapsed"

Here we have "REAL  will  earn  a  10%  commission  fee  on  all  income  or  value  appreciation  profits  from  investments made  through  the  platform. For  example,  if  a  property  participation  generates  100  ETH  in  profits, REAL platform will keep 10 ETH and pay 90 ETH to the investor." Clean and simple

We shouldn't forget, this kind of market, always first become biggest. And real's platform will be ready on november. So it's a big head start. If they achieve well (i think they will) no other real estate project can come near it.

It's easy to see with bitcoin - it was first and now it's the biggest cryptocurrency, ethereum - first with smart contracts and now it's the biggest cryptocurrency for smart contracts. If REAL will deliver a good product in November as they say, there is no doubt they would become the market leaders.

As for other countries. Real estate in skiing countries can be a big hit also.
Just take Austria, France, Switserland (and these will be easier as the team is mostly European)



Man if you knew the maintenance cost and the cleaning price of these chalets  Grin

Moreover the market price is already extremely high.

The Atlant ICO is already running, they already raised more than $1.5M.
They will launch there platform in april 2018... so invenstors have to wait untill then to see a working platform. REAL is aiming to get the platform done on november this year.

Atlant and REAL are both great projects but like I said before you should go with the one you think would work. I believe in REAL so I invest in REAL and not Atlant  Smiley


Real estate market is very big area and they are more places for more than one player. Always early project gathers more success. Real is playing smart for getting the platform ready earlier. I am going for real for sure Smiley

True, REAL will have a working platform half a year earlier. And half a year is a lot of time in the cryptocurrency space.

Half a year is an eternity in crypto space. You can go from rags to riches and back again. What nice about this project is that the value will only increase in time, so fluctuations in the market shouldn't impact the holders negatively

I'm no expert but I'm not so sure if you will really own these properties. Wouldn't in that case REAL need the consent of all "owners" if they want to sell a property?
Anyway, I don't care... as long as I get dividend and REAL token prices is rising  Smiley

When I understand it right, than you or other Investors are not the real owners, at least not fully entitled. Imagine every investor has to make a decision for everything what goes in with the building (that would be the consequence (; )

That's what I was wondering about. And yes, as a consequence not only the sale but anything else like some kind of renovation, refurbishment, etc. would need to be approved by all investors. Maybe Melissa can clarify.

REAL Company/platform will execute the sale of each investment when the target profit or time has been met.

Of course there is always a little bit of gambling when choosing the right project, but the difference is in the details. Unfortunately we will be able to compare them, when all of them will have a working platform and a list of assets to invest to.

Wow, I think investing in REAL will result in a two way profit avenue, one is by the monthly rental share or selling profit, the other will be when REAL tokens rises in value, its like hitting 2 birds in one stone...
Exactly my friend, even if the tokens fail to move up in growth, as much as we'd hoped for, and intend, at least there is the drawback of collecting residual income from property shares. It's a win, win situaltion, like I've said before. All in all, this makes this a worthy consideration for potential investors!

Renting is one of the best way of residual income these days and if the property is in a developing country or city then it will yield the maximum even if the value of the coin is less right now. So its a win win situation for everyone.
renting is a best way,but u must buy house before renting, the house price may drop a lot in some markets,then the money lost!
