Will you manage all properties in all countries by yourself or you hire external entities on other countries?

My understanding to this is they will form partnerships and some type of franchise business model also is workable at global level. It is hard for any project in any filed to manage alone by its own to go internationally to manage any business. This project is very serious and well planned attempt to solve the real estate issues.

Wow, platform launch already in November this year? Very good to see you're close to actually having a product, unlike other ICOs that are promising delivering their products 2+ years in the future.

Just saw a similar ICO starting soon: ATLANT https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/closed-2053239

Just by a quick glimpse you can already see which has a stronger project, but maybe @melissa_sapmaz wants to explain what makes REAL better than Atlant as a project.

I was waiting for a smart contract based project for Real astate. Its one of the perfect markets for the smart contracts on the ETH platform! I am very excited to see how you will handle this and hopefully this will be a step
towards a more blockchain heavy future.

Do you have any real astate projects that are eagerly waiting for you to start that you are in contact with?
What part of the world will you focus on first? From the whitepaper it seemed that you will start in USA, if so which part of USA will have your primary focus?

They will start from Spain
This is their answer before

We will start in Spain because it is our home market, it is also a great growing market and where already have very good contacts.

We will expand globally through a network of partners. Of course following all local regulations.

We will post a medium blog about this.


Spain is a great market to start.

Real State has seen its prices go dramatically down for the last years but the market is starting to grow again.

Tourist places like Barcelona and the Baleares are in need of houses both for tourists and stablished citizens.

Too many opportunities for someone with capital and knowlegde on the market!

As far as i understand. Some people of the team are Spanish.
So i guess the property development will get a special focus on Spanish properties to begin?
When the ecosystem grows you will focus more on international development

I think Spain is a great market to start.
The economy is looking for investors in that country, real estate market is growing because of the cheap houses in some regions. This project is not only great for the cryptoworld but also for the country's REAL will be investing.

Would love to see some East Asian Countries. Then I could say, hey I am owning a house (at least a part of it) in Japan or Korea or so.



I think East Asian Countries should to be excluded China , Because in China Commercial housing only 40 years of property rights, household housing only 70 years of property rights. It is a big risk .

Yeah, everyone can now be a Real Estate investor as long as he has a crytocurrency, be it a small or big investment. REAL could increase the Real Estate investor share worldwide significantly as this would encourage everyone to be a Real Estate Investor within the Real Platform.

My blockchain can beat up your blockchain
I just got finished reading the whitepaper....(yes,the whole thing) And i have a few questions regarding property aquisition. At first I thought that REAL team was going to be a brokerage. I'm certified to be a Real Estate agent in Nevada. My wife was also a REALTOR® for many years. We both worked in property management as well. So, my first question is..... Will the Properties be managed by a Property management company and purchased using a Real Estate Agent? For maintenance i would assume local management is absolutely necessary.

Target country is very nice, in Spain there a lot to do with real estate, the crisis have decrease the price of a lot of house but the market will correct that, many opportunity in Spain, and in the US there is even more. And i dont know exactly but i think tax and fees can be use as advantage in US. And with a solid team like REAL have I think they will handle this very nicely. I will hold my token for a very loung time, its like I bought a house !
And dividend token are the best to hold !

Just finished your Whitepaper, that took a while, its big:D

I finished it to and this going to be huge O.o i was thinking it as a cool concept with strong team but after reading whitepaper...I advice everybody to read it if u didnt already comparing this to proppy is like gold to silver

I mean, many of the ICOs on Bitcointalk is possible to do in a couple of hours if you have basic skills. This looks more like a business proposal made to investors in "the real world". And that is about what you need to get a minimum of 100 ETH at the beginning I guess.
Its not much for solid investment like this one .And yes many icos need basics skills ..Many inovations or inventions is simple if u look at it after it has been done .. Figuring out the idea in the first place and making yourself do it its the real work

Have some questions thou, You State that 90% of the profit will go to back to the investors, and 10 to the platform. Is that to pay for wages a.s.o, or what is that for? I assume you will need to have a lot of people employed over time?
