Is there a special reason, why you decided to choose ethereum instead of other coins, like waves? Was it for example just the popularity or is there maybe a bigger reason, wich is speaking for ETH?

ETH is a no-brainer. With the growth and advancements being made to ethereum all the time and the very strong network, alongside being the leading coin for smart contracts with largest market cap, it would be stupid not to go with ethereum.
And smart contracts are not implemented in waves yet, neither in NEO and Nukonium is too young, this bring the choice between ETH and ETC, ERC20 and ERC23. I'm for ETC and ERC23 but I understand that ETH has more support (Ethereum Foundation, enough said)

Talking about contracts, it would be really silly to go against another platform, ethereum was without a doubt a wise choice, popularity tbm account a lot, it becomes more attractive, and by the chosen follow up, real estate, will have many eyes more on the investment project of the That in waves

It's too bad i don't have enough ETH to invest during the pre-sale august 24th. 100 ETH is pretty steep, but with a project this good i'm sure there will be some early investors. Is there any chance of this minimum lowering now that you guys also adjusted your hard/softcap?

This looks very promising.

1. The co- CEOs have a solid track record of building and selling businesses to large media/tech firms
2. Commercial real estate is very much a well connected boy club business where good deals are only available if you have the right connections, anything like this that proposes to open up this closed world to the small investor is value added from an investor standpoint
3. The opportunity set they are tracking is $10+ trillion, even small market numbers of 1% and the tokens could be a home run if the user adoption takes off  6
4. The youtube video is polished and professionally done, much better quality than I have seen for other ICOs

I rarely invest in ICOs since so many of them,are scams, may make an exception here. Does this blockchain store a record of the percentage ownership and or details of the property owned at the present time or in the future?

Looks like a very good project. The team looks solid and it's attempting to capture a potentially huge, growing industry. From what I've looked at, most real estate crowdfunding sites are really bad and don't offer any investor protection so using blockchain is a nice idea.

I think it's quite obvious. Let's say you buy 220Real for 300$ and put it into property X. You get dividend (but i don't know how it's measured, still waiting for an answer) and some time later when you decide to back off, you get the same amount of Reals back, but value of those Reals may significantly differ from what you paid in the first place.

That's true. It's probably because the use of blockchain technology into real state is something relatively new - and RS is a very big, global sector on its own. There's plenty of space for each and every project - but who will last? REAL is a great project not only for the midterm but also for the longterm as it addresses RS in a great way, I'm pretty sure it will be a long ride project.

I think you'd have to buy 100% of the REAL tokens asked for a property...

Because the first available properties on the platform will be located in Spain, i've looked up some information about the Spanish housing market. Looks like it's heading in the right direction  Grin

REAL platform can maximize investments, IMHO, because we dont need Real Estate Agents anymore to be a Real Estate Investors, thereby eliminating Agents and Broker Fees as compared to REAL platform where fee is minimal Smiley

real estate prices will soon start to increase again, as building and construction turnover is again picking up in most of Europe. I'm not sure about the market in North America and Asia, but I think it's good to invest in real estate worldwide
