Not to forget is how easy it is to scale their business if it is successful. More or less Everything will be in Place, all they probably will need is someone who knows the local market...

If i had a dollar for every "had i known"
i don t think real estate is similar with any othere ico in my opinion is an original project,i hope you expand also in other countries...

I am sure that will depend on how much they get I can imagine if they reach hard cap it will be much easier to think about such expansion.

I don't find it original. There are lots of similar real estate initial coin offerings and there is no sharp distinctive seperating them from each other. All are the product of the same idea. The sector needs something innovative and groundbreaking.

To my understanding, no matter where you from, when you buy real estate, its the same process. The aforementioned process is transferred onto a block-chain, and enable multiple clients who might not be financially sound to own a properties.
Am not sure how innovative and groundbreaking you expect  a real estate purchase to be. Do you want a round trip around the world with each purchase, am kinda confused. Actually you can pay for that round trip with your dividends. So there you go.
In a free economy, you bound to be presented with similar ideas. It's up to you to determine the group you feel the most secured with, and you anticipate delivering the maximum return on you investment. Therein lies the distinctive difference between similar ideas.

As far as i understand. Some people of the team are Spanish.
So i guess the property development will get a special focus on Spanish properties to begin?
When the ecosystem grows you will focus more on international development

Yes. they are from Spanish. And they want to focus in 3 countries at starts (as I understand) - Spain, Caribbean and USA...
Thanks that's what i was expecting but always nice to have someone to acknowledge my thoughts.

This is the ICO that has the strongest foundation that they have built on. This is a team that is going to succeed. When an ICO Comes along that has a team so dedicated and invested in its success, it really brings into perspective the importance of what we are all doing here. Revolutionizing every industry and business sector is just the beginning. I get the goosebumps ever time I begin to write about this.
Way to go REAL.
 I'm thoroughly impressed.......
As a Blockchain and crypto advocate.
As a Former Real Estate Professional.

Thanks a lot

I will answer the rest tomorrow!!

Its a competitive world in blockchain universe. There is no doubt you need something innovative to stand out.
We will see the real value of this coin when they present the beta platform in october and see in what kind of assets they will invest.

Eth is simple to use to build a smart contract for an ico. A lot of project use erc20 token to their ico, and its work pretty well.
Its better for REAL to use eth for the ico, then they can launch token sale fast and doesn't need a mainnet and a wallet immediately. So investors can stay focus and what is important, and it's the REAL Project.
The REAL team seems very professional, I trust in them to manage the project.

You are right about that.
I backed a lot of ICO with ETH and I hold several ERC20 tokens. Its so easy and safe! Transactions are fast, unless a very populair ICO starts Smiley.

REAL has made the right descision of chosing for ETH, very stable platform and wellknown by large investors.
There are several other ICO's for real estate... witch one is better?? That doesn't matter, you invest in the one you trust. The one that gives you a good feeling, like REAL! This ICO for me is so much better then all the other ICO's.

Follow you feeling, follow REAL! Wink

What is the advantage of this project comparing to Atlant (ico is comming)?

It's been answered so many times... you won't find comparisons to other ico's in here. At least not from REAL team.

Talking about contracts, it would be really silly to go against another platform, ethereum was without a doubt a wise choice, popularity tbm account a lot, it becomes more attractive, and by the chosen follow up, real estate, will have many eyes more on the investment project of the That in waves
Real estate is the only place where regardless of what place you are in investing into. When you implement blockchain into a growing society like that, it may become one of the strongest for all the investors. Many ICO's running right now in the field of Real Estate, so lots of opportunities.

Is there a special reason, why you decided to choose ethereum instead of other coins, like waves? Was it for example just the popularity or is there maybe a bigger reason, wich is speaking for ETH?

ETH is a no-brainer. With the growth and advancements being made to ethereum all the time and the very strong network, alongside being the leading coin for smart contracts with largest market cap, it would be stupid not to go with ethereum.

This is true. ETH won't stop to grow. Not as a simple coin, and absolutely not as an ecosystem. It is going grow exponentially with every single developer joining the ecosystem and building applications.

Are u seriously not interested at all with how much ICO money will be invested? Whether targeted 12-20% is before or after costs? Whether ICO's funds will pay for the team for five years? How dividends will be measured?

I mean.. cmon? Are all of you excited just because REAL value may rise?

I'm asking these questions as RE professional. I find this REAL idea extremely interesting, but there are so many questions... I mean it seems like vast majority describes the Whitepage as professional... would it be in fiat, with that kind of whitepaper... there's no data at all... i mean at all... I imagine you guys are thrilled with perspective of investing in RE, but are you even a flat bit familiar with that market?

I hope Melissa will respond to my previous questions. It's Sunday, so she deserves a rest Smiley But those questions I asked are IMHO crutial to make an decision whether it's worth to invest or not.
To all of you who think you'll get a share in a real estate.. you won't. Not a chance. But it doesnt really matter as long as Founders are FAIR.
