So no purchasing of property in the U.S. as of yet because of the SEC ruling or you're not accepting American investors? The task seems tedious but doable. Something as big as this should hopefully show financial statements as to what the funds would be used for like asset allocation. A lot of people have been reluctant in going into real estate because of some many scams, this seems legit though.

Thanks Cryptodv

We will purchase property in the US.

We won't accept American contributors.

Please check our whitepaper!

Thanks

First I wanna say, if one of your focus is Spain, you're doing it right Grin, I went to Tenerife two years ago and real estate market looking very healthy, Spain is doing a hell of a work with its islands, for example keep taxation very low.
However I don't read all whitepaper yet but I like your project, profits by acquiring properties partecipations trough blochchain, seems a whole new market to explore, I will follow this project for sure Wink

That will just be the initial focus. We plan to go global during 2018 Smiley

The project looks solid !  The real estate market is huge thus the opportunities will be huge also !
Will there be a regular update on each property we would invest in , like if it's renting , market evaluation at certain points in time ?
Is there a fixed price when your company will decide to sell a property ? Like if the value holds 10-20 % profit to sell it ?

Run as fast as you can - or jump in a faster river
I always wanted to get into real estate a bit  Tongue I think combined with crypto this could be really interesting - also for small investors like me. I like what you did here so far but would love to have a bit more info in your first post. The summary is too shallow for me - only if you look on your website + whitepaper you get a better insight. So that is what I would like to have here - get an overview of your project in 3 mins - maybe you can add it.

For the time now I will subscribe to the thread as I really want to see how this project goes on - basic idea - nice concept and the team seems solid - I will watch and decide Wink

If i had a dollar for every "had i known"
Interesting read with great potential. So, am wondering where you plan to base most of the real estate purchase? i.e location. Do you plan on dealing with residential , commercial or both? Would real owners have access to use the facilities? and does the company currently have any real estate in its portfolio, or do you plan to commence with purchasing post ico.

Many thanks!

-We will start with Spain but we plan to go global during first months as the interest of our customers is global. We will hunt for the best US, Europe, Asia, Latin America opportunities.
-Residential and commercial.
-No access to use the facilities, just economic rights.
-Not yet, purchasing will be post-ico.

Melissa

Thanks  for immediate reply. Elated to monitor the trajectory of the ico/ project growth. It will be great if attention is focused on areas known to be tech hubs

So, am wondering where you plan to base most of the real estate purchase? i.e location. i know your white paper stated U.S, Spain and Caribbean but maybe for the impatient peruser, you can go into detail on why this location where chosen. Also indicate if there is intention to spill into other territories.  Do you plan on dealing with residential , commercial or both? Would real owners have access to use the facilities? and does the company currently have any real estate in its portfolio, or do you plan to commence with purchasing post ico.

What a great and interesting project. The white paper is rock solid, not too long neither to short. This is going to be one of the best ICO of the summer.

Wow, this is awesome. I have been on the hunt for something in the RE arena, and finding a project with such a thorough and well laid out plan and intent means I am very excited.

The pdf is loaded up and I'm going to get down to the specifics after the first videos in the ANN OP, and I intend to chime back in and maybe have a few questions I assume you guys are already prepared for with lots of good answers and useful information.

Many thanks!!! Let me know if you have questions!

This looks like a promising project. For starters, unlike some other ICOs with fake photos, REAL has a video of the team in the office and we can see their LinkedIn accounts. The concept is great. Many people store their wealth in real estate and others in cryptocurrency, so why not combine the best of both worlds?

That is precisely our plan. Thanks

This concept seems interesting and I think I would give it a try. However, I see a less clear picture of how it's exactly going to work? It makes logic to bring investors from the world to participate in the investment of the particular properties and to earn returns from it. Let's see what happens, I am tracking this topic and will definitely try it during ICO sale.

Hi Dudeperfect! It is going to be very easy I promise Smiley We will just imitate how other real estate crowdfunding sites work, but applying blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency.

Can I get some info on what forces will affect the price of REAL tokens?
I assume the strongest force will be perceived value and speculation?
Also expected return on investment?

Will some REAL tokens be more expensive, simply because they are bringing more profit due to being invested in better properties?

Basically if I were to spend 100ETH on Real, then apart from the dividents being paid can I expect the tokens to go up in value? And why?

Cheers

Hi CYPER!  Main force behind value grow will be users demand. As the site becomes successful and more users enjoy its profits there will be a demand of more REAL tokens and price will go up.

Real estate valuations are based on incomes and have much lower yield expectations than what you are inferring the cryptomarket will do to your token.  You also did not address the 10% you will take off the top of net income for your leadership team (vs a REIT that takes 1%)
So you are targeting crypto speculation as the main value driver for buyers, not the asset itself, so once again, why wouldn't someone buy tokens, conflate it with real estate, with the hopes that maybe your team will choose good investments, even though you don't specialize in the markets which you are vetting, and maybe the cryptomarket will go up as a whole, and maybe your token scarcity will have an impact.  Seems like folks should just buy Ether and invest in real estate separately, there is no reason this should be a blockchain project besides perhaps REAL trying to capitalize on ICOs in general rather than building a real security with all the legal frameworks, investment prospectuses and comparable / much more affordable expense ratios.  Smart contracts for income distribution are great but they do not in any way stop any manipulation that can take place between the tenants payments and the funds getting to the smart contract - ie, your smart contracts don't perform rent collection etc...

You seem to fail to understand the economics. If a REIT takes 1% of investment amount, and you invest 100,000 it is then 5,000 for five years no matter the profits you make. (That is without considering plently of other setup or withdrawal fees). On REAL user just pay a 10% on profits so if those 100,000 turn into 130,000 it is just 3,000 in total fees. There is more alignment of interests and fees are lower. That is why Real Estate crowdfunding sites are booming, with higher fees than Real.

We are targeting cryptofunds holders as clients with a great deal  as we believe we will build a successful and profitable business.
