The new crypto project called Recruit is an exciting new business that currently is looking for a marketing manager to take their marketing to the next level. 
You will be the key component in the all the digital and social channels working closely with the dev and his team to plan and execute marketing strategies that allow the growth of the project. You will find and choose marketing channels to work with and set objectives for every channel. You will create content for the company. You will be creative, coming up with business pitches, and campaign material. You will make sure that the marketing material executed is aligned with the company goals. You will find appropriate influencers in the field and work with them.
We are looking for someone who is Crypto crazy and understands the landscape but more importantly has a good understanding of Marketing concepts and implementation.

Required of you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications (or currently completing);
- Proven track record developing marketing strategies that drive performance, preferably with convincing case studies to show us;
- Proven ability to design and implement effective funnels for monitoring traffic and engagement;
- Knowledge of the blockchain industry and cryptocurrency ecosystems;
- Experience tracking and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms and locations
- Experience with executing and analyzing email marketing, social campaigns, with a proven ability to use data in your decision-making;
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills;
- High attention to detail ;
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a decentralized team environment;
- Professional English, additional languages are considered as a benefit.

We will definitely be publishing the team members profiles, and I can assure you (though it is definitely your prerogative to not trust) of the credentials of the team. We are currently working behind the scenes to build partnerships with the companies, and to get the project more established and funded.

Right. The website is asking you for information, isn't it? Due to which SSL is needed there? This is a read-only landing page, you are not providing any information to it, and thus don't have to worry about security. We will appreciate this scrutiny to our platform website which will be launched for recruiters and candidates.

im think it says a lot. if the company has not taken care of that its site has received a normal green flag, then as for me it says a lot. another project that is not worth our money and our time.

Are you going to publish your team members on your website anytime soon?
You are running a supposedly recruitment company via blockchain so maybe it's right to know about your background profiles.
Else, you just want to sell your mn coins via discord and that's it.
Also, your website should be secure at least. You might be handling sensitive info from your customers and they need security of their data.

I have participating in Invite Bounty and I know Invite Bounty ends 07.11.2018 23:59 UTC, then when will the reward bounty be distributed ?

Our current team of 4 is made of 1 developer with 15 years of experience in the financial sector (and 5 years in cryptocurrency),  1 senior head hunter in a big recruiting firm (20 years experience) to help liaise with the industry and help finalize our requirements, 1 graphic designer and 1 advisor.

We plan to hire 4 backend developers and 1 web developer.

Hi, nice project. But what about the team ?

For a very limited period, we are offering a sale in our MNs for our early investors, at 0.5 BTC per MN. This will be available till the end of next week. Given the block rewards also jumping up by 60% shortly, this will also give a great ROI.

While we are still in the process of getting listed on a few exchanges, currently the only way to get the coins is through the presale running in discord. The setup guide is there as well.

We are still finalizing on some of these finer details,  a candidate having coins will definitely get higher access and priority. A candidate with no coins might still be searchable by the recruiter but they may not be able to apply for the job directly and so on. We need to make the process fair for the paying members, and for free members, there will be limited but still some useful functionality.
