KYC is needed for referral program too

BTW, i don't see any clickable button/tab in the official website linking to the referral program. Anyone encounter the same problem ?

So if I understood this part correctly RET token will not be tradeable? It would serve as a stable token with which you will be able to use the platform. You can use it then to trade with different token types - which ones do you mean exactly?

KYC is required, but ReMoneta has worked with its partner IdentityMind to keep the process as simple as possible.

Referral program participants can use the ICO cabinet to complete this process--the deadline is October 31. As long as you use the same email and ETH address you used in the referral program, the tokens will then be transferred to you.

Its not 14 days. It could be less than a minute if it goes through directly with IdentityMind. Just in case, you can plan to leave 48 hours to be sure of any eventuality. In my view 48 hours is overkill, but better plan longer and then get it done quicker in reality.

We ask people to submit their Proof of Care (bonus) information at least 14 days before the end of the token sale.
KYC should not take 14 days, no. We have 2 options for KYC as well, one is powered by IdentityMind Global and the other is a regular passport + photo check. It should be pretty straightforward in most cases.

is approval really 14 daays? too much time to wait approval and investor can miss out.

If it's KYC then yes, it can take a long time to get approved. I know it's up to a couple of days (and that's still long) but 14 days is really strange. Maybe someone from the team can clarify this.

The team is active, but it is very strange that the website does not have links to linkedin. Moreover, none of the team members has any links. For the European team this is unusual.
