Read the whitepaper. You can actually tokenize your property, ie. you can sell parts of your building or land (in parcels). This is great for coperate investments especially, on buildings and lands.

Btw I'm following this project since day 1 and I can easily say that the team has been very active, they have a working alpha and great market already (joining to real estate conferences etc.). It amazes me how projects like REX fails to collect a lot more.

In coming few hours we are going to see the total raised amount reaching at another milestone of $3.5 millions dollars which can be anytime from now onward. In remaining couple of weeks by the last date at least same investment will be in this project in my opinion. First target is get $5 millions within week and then so on.

No unsold tokens, they are being minted as people contribute ETH. No minimum Cap!

I don't know also what will happen to that because someone ask about that in the previous thread that has been locked but no one answered .
Regarding to them the security cap is 133k eth so i think that 11k+ collected is quite good to start this project and it is really impressing to its back progressions.

I think that it is much better if the unsold tokens will be burned so by decreasing its supply there is a big chance to create a such demand and so investors will don't doubt about the unsold tokens.

Yeah I'll definitely wait to hear the answer on this before contributing.

I think he is talking about the CoinDash hack, may be it is also based on ETH ICO. So he is not a condition to elaborate his question may be.
But now the REX ICO is going fine because already the team has taken a lot of measures to control from the hack.

Future for this project is brilliant and prosperous because people who designed this are highly professional in their fields with back ground in real estate business. It is progressing steadily though little slow at the moment but we will see big amounts coming into this in remaining days. Some investors use money in trading and usually invest in last days in big projects by keeping them on their watch list.
