but For this project that distinguishes from other token / coin exchange is, they have their own separate blockchain platform, which is safe and convenient for users who operate every day,

Secure trading is a very important feature for a trader. I hope the fees (withdrawal, trader's fee) are very competitive as compared to other exchanges.
Exchange fees work like that in the Ripa Exchange network:
Example A
- Order open from trader 1 in exchange A
- Order closed from trader 2 in exchange B
Result: exchange A takes 0.10%, exchange B takes 0.10% in trading fees
Example B
- Order open from trader 1 in exchange A
- Order close from trader 2 in exchange A
Result: exchange A takes 0.10% in trading fees

Stop say this "change at 0,1 so won't be a massive sell for the bitcoin price" You're still avoiding the main issue. If there's too many offers at bonus price, no one will care to buy or sell your token.
That's a fact. Useless that you continue to change direction of your replies.
1. If the token will be used from intersted people, and usually who invest in ICO in the 80% of case, is not interested in the use-case but only in the profit, will be definitelly useless.
2. No one care to create marketing in a new platform with no volume, no security, an ICO with a token that won't be useful at all.
3. This kind of things can easily done with bitcoin as well, just making a network of bitcoin address (see? without the layer of LN or whatever) to internal transfer, or at least you can use any kind of ERC20 token or at least without involving a blockchain, an internal credit that have to match between the users of this "hybrid" things.
You know what this seems? Seems that you're taking the smartbridge base-code of goose to create your fantastttttttttttttttttic thing. Hilarous.
And no im not "esagerando", unfortunately for you im just explaining and making concrete weakness of your idea.
Please go ahead to fund your project with KAPU, we all expect a transparent and a full view of the governance.
