The quality of many teams simply has been too low. Too many amateurs joined crypto and thought they can produce revolutionary results.
It's totally right, especially in the year of 2018.The year of massively abundant scam projects, after the wave of scam ICOs last year.

Seems like that particular token is locked. So normal withdrawal process wouldn't work in this case.
