For me personally, a user-friendly interface is the presence of a stop-loss. There is no stop loss in the KuCoin, and this is very inconvenient.

I would prefer dividends as incentives but i can't have it it all i guess

. Maybe they'll change that in the future. That would drive some investors in later.

They just have to implement all those stuff that they promised, because it's not that easy to do. Hope they will use all the potential in full.

One of the most important parts are withdrawal limits and customer support.
If they can manage this to the satisfaction of the traders,the second is not easy, they have a good future.

Most probably it could be the case for them being a centralized exchange because I find it difficult to imagine if they also intend on implementing with a decentralized one. Imho.

Yes, bittrex is a great example of this. They were the biggest exchange but they lost their customers trust and now they are one of the small exchanges. Just with losing the trust nothing else.

i fully agree in addition to the unique features such as transaction speed, user friendly interface and low fees, a successful exchange must have the trust of the users who maintains i believe with a quick and efficient customer service, lost the trust everything else does not count the users will look elsewhere, so the team is already contacting companies for the partnership on the fiat side, very well...

This is in fact a big difference between the individual rounds.
I also wouldnt buy in Round C.

I guess the rounds are there to incentivize people to buy early and not postpone their decision.

Such rounds are present in most ICO's, early investors risk more, but as a result they get more tokens for the same money - and it's fair.

You're right- mechanism of fiat money circulation will be definitely centralized, I think this information with all nuances should be in white paper.

I don't see it going another way but they should have put this info in the whitepaperbecause is something must be planned from the beginning.
