The only important thing here is glitches and critical vulnerabilities - maybe some tester will decide to take a full advantage of it.

I think that is a good idea to let users test the platform to have a better view about what they want to develop.

Think about Binance's coin, BNB. They don't give dividends but if you've invested in it at all the last year or so, you would have made a good amount of money from it. The value is constantly going up, they are constantly burning more of them. Dividends are great, but not the only way to make money.

Yeah, was that the first one (bnb) that was planning decentralized exchange using their token as native gas?

Registering on the Exchange is very easy, you just need to fill in a small form and verify your email.

I like that the project already at this stage has MVP, everyone can see how exchange will be look like after the launch - I hope Ternion team will continue at the same tempo, and they will be able to achieve their goals.

But of course, when you implement dividends in an exchange you should ask way more money. Think about binance, if it was giving out dividends how much they ask initially and how much a token would cost right now.

Ternion token is a utility token, which gives you access to special discounts and promotions on the Exchange, but we have different token offerings: public (info can be found on the website) and institutional (please contact us directly, a contact form is available on the website).

They cant distribute dividents because they have utility token, not security. They must become public listed company and change tokens to shares.

Probably because Binance is the most popular exchange out there and it also has the most daily volume right now. People are not buying their tokens to get fees reduced, they are buying because of Binance success.

But binance have huge volume. It is not easy to reach that volume for a new exchange. Also, i believe they are controlling the price and doesn't let it to drop.
