Actually not very true. Yes, burning unsold tokens is great but it doesn't boost the price of the remaining ones. But it does boost the value of them.

I hope there will not be many tokens left  Smiley .

I hope the same thing but if the raised amount on the website is current, it seems there will plenty of tokens will be left.

Considering the existence of many competitor exchanges, what actions will you do to have a significant share of the exchange market?
There are other exchanges on the market, but we see the ways they can be improved. We are licensed, we offer fiat-to-crypto, we have low commission fees, a sound matching engine, leverage trading, segregated accounts, low spreads and a top-notch customer support.

How much max discount from fees you will have for token holders? As I know some echanges offering up to 100% for early investors.
The usual fee is 0.15% for non token holders. However, the max discount for token holders is 0.015%.

I have been following the progress bar in recent times, apparently there is an increase to every bit of market recovery, which indicated a high interest of new investors in the project waiting for the best time and best situation to apply their investments

that's good, I'm worried that due to the bear market people's appetite for investment has decreased.

Yeah. I'm also confident that this project will have good result in its crowdfunding as we hope the bear market will have a reversal anytime soon.

It’s true that ternion has some really good argument I think. The best one for me is the fiat gateway, it’s really a key feature. If the team reach this milestone and offers a fiat gateway for users, I think the exchange will be successful.
About the fiat gateway, how many fiat currencies are ternion planning to cover/provide at least in Q3 2019? And is it in progress already?
The fiat gateway is already in progress. We are planning to add the main fiat currencies in the begining, and then complement it with more currencies. More details will be in the upcoming months.

Ternion is an interesting project as it adds "fiat gateway" to its hybrid crypto exchange. That Ternion is already authorized and regulated by the Estonian government (Ministry of Economic affairs) is big plus-point as well as that they are targeting institutional investors adds to their competitive advantage.

I agree! A promising and one of a kind exchange project like Ternion would not go unnoticed  in the crypto community. I guess we are all hopeful about this one especially if they release the final product.

it's doubtful that they will support more than USD and EUR. there just no point at the beginning.

what is going to happen with unsold tokens? is going to burn to reduce token in existence?

Any unsold Tokens will be destroyed by the Ethereum smart contract on the last day of the token sale.

By the way, was the smart contract already reviewed and audited by a reputable external entity?

That's a smart question but , all ether smarcontract are open for audit I think. Anyone can just speculate

Yes, but the question was if it already was audited from a reputable external entity.

...that would automatically boost the price of the remaining ones (at least it is so hopefully intended))

Yes it boost the existing value when there is more demand, against limited supply. Economics

there is a big difference between q1 and q3 according to me is a too long time frame, they should give a shorter term for the exchange launch, will be launched all together? or before a part (classical/decentralized), any unsold tokens will be burned?...
Hi, we cannot give the specific time for the prime exchange that will combine both decentralization and centralization because it will depend on the funding round. The centralized exchange can be experienced here https://my.ternion.exchange. All unsold tokens will be destroyed by the Ethereum smart contract on the last day of the token sale.

They could give a more precise time, but if they cant hold it, it is also not good, so maybe its better if they see it realistic and give a span of 6 monthes.
Yes, all unsold tokens will be burned as mentioned in previous post.

Full exchange launch of both version (centralized and decentralized) will be between Q1 and Q3 next year? Why there is no exact date (month or at last exact quarter) ?

Have you ever been a part of any project? Its very tough to give an exact time frame for software. What if there are bugs that they have to fix? What if it takes longer than expect to code certain pieces of the software? You have to prepare for unexpected hurdles.
It's really hard to declare with certainty and previously, something that is still far off and depends on many factors, but I'm glad that the Ternion team is well divided and with enough members to achieve the goals, this increases the probability of fulfilling your script
