A coin does not need pumps and dumps. Pumps don't inject value into coins. Mass adoption does. And for that, you need a clear cut plan, a dev team to drive it forward, and a community to support it. You are right in much of what you say, but if together we support and development team shows active, maybe get him to SAT the place it deserves .. It really is a fast, reliable currency and the total currency is attractive to price well above its current price. But it is true that without a strong community and a good development team will be nothing to do.

It's not going to happen. With the way things stand now, prospect of a "pump" is nothing but cheap talk and dream.

But to start the pump, we need to buy another 300-400 million Saturns. Please be patient with us.  

With good development team and community to support her, SAT could become a currency, but today it is clear that it has none of those things.

If you carefully examine the market all that's been happening for the past few days is people collecting their 2 satoshi coins placing immediate sell walls at 3 satoshi (or slightly a bit more up), hence the growing sell walls. Add to that the dumping miners. And halving, which will not make people want to pay more for Saturncoin because it's "scarce", but rather give up on mining Saturncoin because it's not profitable anymore, and the picture looks even worse and worse. Even very little to no activity here on this topic says it all.

Overall, the price has been nothing but plummetting for a long while. People have pointed that out, and been forced to shut up, or called names. I wish the denial would change things, but by the look of things at this point, I think it is crystal clear to all that it actually doesn't. No, dogs are not barking. No, we are not moving. No, saying "Bling rings!" some thousand times does not magically take Saturncoin to mass adoption or increase it's value. Nothing good is happening.

Anyone care to explain their optimism without referring to the same ungrounded "LOOK SOME WHALE IS COLLECTING CHEAP COINS", or "PEOPLE ARE DELIBERATELY KEEPING THE PRICE DOWN" arguments? Please?

Dev compiled it for ubuntu 12.04 with no issues, They just need to compile it for Windows and Mac now
They could do it or offer a 5 million bounty for each compile to the community if you want to participate and earn Saturn
if noone offers then Dev are compiling those as well.
