bfgminer -o http://ubuntu_ip:9375 -u test -p x -Q 0 -S all   /  Virtual have different ip

and when start p2pool .,wait a litle bit
you will se GET BLOK FROM PEER pasing to .,.,., and when finish
you can connect to 127.1.1.0:9375
or from other pc UBUNTU_IP:9375
