Which miner? This? https://github.com/signatumd/releases/blob/master/ccminer-2.2-skunk.zip or the AMD one?

Why does my antivirus program detect a trojan in the GPU miner? I don't like that, sorry.

And what is your antivirus program?

Most of them detect it as a miner.

https://www.virustotal.com/de/file/05ff34daded3e249a76d61b18df79ef2814adb8393c526cd54a8bfe446ed34c6/analysis/

But keeping an eye on

VirTool.Win32.Obfuscator.hg!b1 (v)
Artemis!0F31AA6B04EAbfuscator.hg!b1 (v)

All antivirus say a Miner and thats what it is. Safe to use.

As said:

VirTool.Win32.Obfuscator.hg!b1 (v)
Artemis!0F31AA6B04EAbfuscator.hg!b1 (v)

= not flagged as miner. But probably false positives.

All antivirus say a Miner and thats what it is. Safe to use. The main reason is, people have put hidden miners in pirated programs (mostly from torrent sites) to mine on computers secretly and unfairly so it caused this alarm.

rx 470 How much is the strength set?

Depends on which one you have. A common 470 stands somewhere around 14-16Mh. The OC ones stay stable above 15Mh

Careful with coinsmarkets, they have 9 decimals on their bitcoin.. so '940' is actually just 94 sats

no premine? the way the pow payout defined strong favors instamine. Of course no one cares about instamine now given the deteriorate moral now.

First 1000 blocks had artificial low difficulty for the dev(s) to instamine before users/pools could jump in - but that was discussed or at least noticed on the first pages already and it seems no one cares/cared

We won't care if it's not instadumped and the team gives some decent value to the coin. Its safe tho to estimate devs secured 1.5+ mil coins.

Yes, but "no premine" is a main advertisement, and there is instamine...

I can confirm this miner is working great for my Celeron rig + Nvidia 1060GTX 3GB

Code:
@ECHO
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100

ccminer-x64 -a skunk -o stratum+tcp://sigt.pool.mn:8732 -u youusernameforthepool.mininrigname -p yourpassword --cpu-priority=3
pause

Just change:
- youusernameforthepool to your own username
- miningrigname to your workername
- password for your worker.

At this moment I am getting 12.5-12.6MH/s per card.
