I have used the included one. Just changed the parameters ip:port, user and password. No problems so far, mining more than 1 hour.
no run with r9 380/390 .......

mines great with 4 1070's ryzen 1400.
will try my rigs with Fm2, fx8570, and Celeron when i get home tonight.
Celeron and fm2 rigs crash. fx8570 and ryzen work fine. all nvidia cards
no premine? the way the pow payout defined strong favors instamine. Of course no one cares about instamine now given the deteriorate moral now.

i was having the same problem till i tried --gpu-platform 1
on another rig i had to use --gpu-platform 2

Same with my 1070s; hate sgminer . . . barely works for AMD let alone anything else.
Try with:
sgminer.exe -k skunkhash --gpu-platform 0 -o stratum+tcp://sigt.suprnova.cc:7106 -u -p -I 15
Just replace and with your worker details from suprnova dashboard.
