Free listing on Nova Exchange for coins that was listed on Cryptopia:
https://novaexchange.com/news/
I think devs should not miss this opportunity.

I remember when novaexchange closes down, Cryptopia was there and offer 50% off in listing fees for all novaEX listed coins Cheesy now that they table is turned they are now trying to do the same.

Lets just hope that the SIRX dev are still active and will apply in NovaEX free listing program before June 1, 2019 deadline.

Damn! it looks like the whitepaper was not meant for the reading pleasure of the laymen supporters of this project, i can hardly make out all the mathematical term use for explanation, very short and straight to the point, but it would be more appreciated if there is an easy interpretation of the whitepaper, i can already tell many will have problem understanding it.

There is still available some general information in the website, which was released some time ago already: https://getsirius.io

i cannot find anymore the position paper, which was more of a general description of the project.

They have just released the whitepaper

https://getsirius.io/docs/Sirius-Technical-WP.pdf

I didn't read it yet, maybe in the next days.

~snip~

Better late than never, it was 5 months over due if i am  not mistaken, but i guess the bitcoin price movement have a good effect on the work schedule of Sirx Team, Now waiting for the testnet to see this whitepaper in action

True, however the paper seems solid, even if i don't understand the whole 100% of the math in it

Hello @everyone , after a long period of hard work, we've finished the technical white paper describing the Sirius protocol. As announced earlier, it uses the new Reputation-Weighted Proof-of-Stake algorithm. We invite everyone to give it a read here: https://getsirius.io/docs/Sirius-Technical-WP.pdf although we understand that most people will want a quick and simple explanation. This will be forthcoming as a blog post. Meanwhile, we will start the massive undertaking of implementing the white paper. The first stop for this will be the Cantor testnet, which will increase TPS and allow us to test some of the new code. Also we are of course still working on new exchange listings as Cryptopia prepares to reactivate the SIRX trading pairs. Let us know what you think! We will do an update on bitcointalk as well.

long time ago that this project gave info or I waited too long with checking the threat ,

good time to check more , still believe that this could be great project

Well they probably waited for the bear market to wear off to start working on the project again and it turns out all the wait is worth it and soon we can start moving forward with a brand new wallet features.

The only thing missing is exchange listing.

Hello guys,

We released a new version of the Sirius Core wallet which fixes a bug in v0.4 where we would keep reorganizing the wallet.

You can find it here: https://github.com/siriuscore/sirius/releases/tag/0.4-bugfix

We'll also be releasing our technical white paper this week and will be taking questions.

Updated wallet. Nice to see that project still alive.
By the way, when trading on Cryptopia will be resumed?

With their current progress we can expect SIRX to go live once again on cryptopia by June 2019.

SIRX Team should get in touch with Cryptopia team and support to update and use the latest wallet release.

Hi guys, we released a new Sirius Core wallet version.

Among many small updates, it contains an important security fix (CVE-2018–17144), so please update at your earliest convenience.

We also moved to a new Github repository, so please update your watches, stars, forks and so on.

This was done to prepare us for the first phase of the implementation of RWPoS: the Cantor testnet, which will increase Sirius’ TPS from 70 to approximately 300–500 TPS.

You are invited to review the project we started on our repository to achieve this.

You can find it here: https://github.com/siriuscore/sirius/releases/tag/0.4

See you soon.  Wink

Demartini was busy working with his head, cool guys ... and the test network will take Sirius from TPS from 70 to 300-500 TPS. Yes it is fire)

This is a plan that addresses the people’s problem and pays for the goods. The allocation of funds on each plan item is one of the factors that can compete with other projects for the same purpose in the market. The community paid much attention to the issue. Can you share more detail?
