true we need cryptsy, for that more activity. I like your work, still I think most of them look to much like another clonecoin (shiny, metall etc), that's why I prefer Meth's version which is using the old SKC logo + added a little coiny feeling. Your 1 is best imho btw. Clear and simple. still skein is a strand, so it has to be a little tangled and be a homage to the skein sha-3 crypto Wink

This is a subtle bug I have introduced by disabling nTime-rolling, it is safe to ignore.

guys.. gielbier and i spoke about the app earlier today and he told me it was even on cryptsy (see *).. we started guessing how many times it would be downloaded.. gielbier thinks it will be 42 downloads tonight.. i think it will be 53.. we started betting for 50 skc..

so im thinking why not make a forum competition.. just for the fun of it im placing a 250 skc for the person hows the closest to the number of downloads after this weekend (all downloads r counted if they are made before the 13th of januari).. i ll post the stats from my account! just say something (or send a pm) and u can win that 250 skc.. if u r the closest.. no duplicates pls cause i wanne have 1 winner :p!

soo.. start guessing and perhapes start boosting the downloads (or not) if u wanne beat the competition :p (bare in mind.. lots of downloads would benefit the skeincoin if we all adress this on CRYPTSY(see **)!!!! Cheesy

Another thing is that the average number of workers didnt change afaik. Probably people mining the coin earlier with a small part of their hashing power dedicated more resources into it. Either way it should be a good thing for the future of skeincoin.

FPGA implementation would be way slower than GPU. But more power-effective, so you can stack more hardware of course.
