Not quite. Reward starts at 1% and grows to 20,000%, then resets back to 1%. This cycle occurs every 20,000 blocks.

I think the rarity of making the cycle 1-100 (or 1-1000 would be better) repeating until the 20k% jackpots would have made the jackpots that much more exciting and special to find.

Ok the rate multiplyer goes from 1/20000 to 19999/20000 and jackpot 20000. In other words < 1 and jackpot 20000? Thanks.
