I don't know why but I really like this coin for some reason.
Mining it is more like playing slots than the lottery, small payouts more frequently so even if you have a lull in block finds you still get something.
I was expecting more orphans with such a short target time but it's actually not been that bad.

Okay, fired up my gui-scrypt with the parameters provided, but I'm not connecting. It's giving me that error where it says to check passwors, ports, etc.
But ive double checked all those values and they should be right! Pretty frustrating.

Try the default port rpcport=9031
should have mentioned that i tried that port first
Could be anything but I don't think you can use a portnumber higher then 65535 or 2^16 (16 bits)

Can't seem to pick up anything on solo mining, guessing the diff is already too high? Gonna have to get here within 2 mins of launch I suppose!
