an idiot has placed a bot detecting blocks if they are moving, then its miners automatically start mining and raising the diff and then they stop.
I found this because I found the blockchain was stopped for 2 days. I tried to mine for 5 hours. First 3 hours I couldn't even hit a block because diff was high. After I found a block, his miner found 5-6 blocks and stopped. One hour later, I found another block, then again the other one found 6 blocks and stopped. I removed my miners and blockchain stopped again.
This is really stupid. If you don't want to mine then remove your miners and let others mine. Stop playing with others.

So I can make a judgement that all of you miners were mining at cryptopia. So the spartancoin network has been stopped for block transactions. This is not good. Why not have another pool? is anyone mining? the wallet shows 2.7 mhash globally, and a diff of 4.xx, but the chain has not moved for a week.
