Yobit won't add you unless you pay 0.10 BTC under Add-a-Coin. First you buy a yobicode. Then they will add anyone.

I might even have a Yobicode I still have one colored green, whether that means active or not I have no clue and Yobit is of no use if you seek an answer to a question.
I could always test it. If it works, you owe me 0.06 when you are added. But I think it is an admin error.

I just tried, and it won't accept it. It gave me 2 codes for 0.10 btc even though I paid for 1.
I used one, and still have a code, which is useless.
Yobit is not so great.
If you want to get on, though.
Run a few daemons on digital ocean for a few days. Cost you about 10 dollars. Increase the mining for a few days. Just grab hash from mining rig rentals.
Then make sure the explorer at Cryptopia gets connections, or just make your own *it is a block crawler).
Point out the Russian thread on bitcointalk. That is big advantage.
Buy a 0.10 Yobicode (see Add a Coin).
Fill in the details.
Cost of 0.10 +20 dollars for prep for increasing connections and mining activity for a few days. So it would be about 40 dollars or so all in if you ensure the coin looks busy before filling in the Add a Coin.
I might throw in 0.01 for the hell of it. Can you collectively raise and do the rest?
PS: I am posv at cryptopia. I like the name, and Sparta is a fascinating piece of history. Hard as nails.
PPS: Apply on a monday (2 working days)
PPS: Yobit is adding coins and having daily ICOs. It will disappear at some point. The business model is unsustainable. So be aware that Yobit is at best a stepping stone.

I am definitely in a +1 vote for getting a little redesign for SpartanCoin I feel that this coin needs to reignite the fire that could come from a coin named SPARTANcoin

Change the total supply is a very bad idea. But the name spartancoin is a little longer. hard to accept by non-English-speaking people. Why not name it spancoin and keep the symbol SPN?
