Hi, our card service is temporarily stopped since our card provider suspended their card service. However, we are finalizing the deal with another provider and our card solution will be offered soon. Current SpectroCoin cardholders will receive new cards free of charge.

Virtual Cards are blocked also ?

Hi, our card service is temporarily stopped since our card provider suspended their card service. However, we are finalizing the deal with another provider and our card solution will be offered soon. Current SpectroCoin cardholders will receive new cards free of charge.

Spectrocoin and wirex cards are from Wavecrest. Visa banned Wavecrest so it affect bouth...

I am from EU,I can confirm I received the same email from Wavecrest Holdings telling me that Visa closed every debit card issued by them.

@SpectroCoin do you think you can find another partner to issue new debt cards?
