Your wait time will be approximately 48 minutes) and I received no response to my ticket in helpdesk (#903762), so this becomes suspicious. Please clarify the situation.
Sent that data to skype, to helpdesk, and to PM here two days ago. Nothing changed. Live chat does not work. Seems the scale of the problem is greater than I thought.

I have the same situation. I sent XEM from Spectrocoin to another wallet and they disappear. I wrote to support by email (ticket 510928) and using contact form (Ticket #9DZEX) 7 days ago but I did not get any reply. I wrote PM here 2 days ago and I did not get any reply.
