Hello.

I regularly send BTC from my another wallet to Spectrocoin. Usually there are no problems, but last 2 transaction did not appear on my BTC wallet despite they are confirmed in blockchain. I can't contact you using Live Chat (You are number 39 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 48 minutes) and I received no response to my ticket in helpdesk (#903762), so this becomes  suspicious. Please clarify the situation.

I have a question, but looks like support takes ages to reply and live support was unable to answer.
I paid by BTC card for some goods, but merchant was unable to deliver the goods and he issued a refund. I don't see the refund yet on my balance. It's been almost a week since they did the refund.

Refund can take up to 30 days
depends on the Visa network

I had a one time refund after 24 days

I used quite often cashout in ATM with plastic card, but this was my first time that I got this problem.
I contacted Spectrocoin online support yesterday and told that problem will be solved on working days.

Also sent ticket to card provider (https://mychoicecorporate.com/) as well.

Because bank (that own ATM) answered me that this situation only could be solved when card provider contact bank to chek where money stuck..

So I was interested is it me only or someone else having ATM cashout problems these last days..

Due to VISA regulations, such a KYC procedure as profile verification is now required.
This is stupid.

As Toorobit pointed out, other companies using Wavecrest don't require profile verification if customers keep below the KYC limits; you are the only ones who ask for it to order even a low limit card, so please don't try to bullshit us.

There simply are no regulations that require this to even just issue the card.
I wouldn't trust these guys with my money, or my information.

Why transaction fee increased from 0.0001btc to 0.0009btc?
The transaction blocks are limited to 1 MB and the blocks are full. You can pay less with our adjustable fee but you will get higher queue times from miners on processing your transaction
