What are people cloning all these scamcoins from? i thought someone claimed a while back that litecoin fixed the timetravel exploit, are people ripping out the fix to put their own new too clever for their own good difficulty-adjustment schemes in there or is litecoin actually still vulnerable to those attacks?

Isn't this coin a 70 sec confirmation? The re-target is broken, methinks. 
I hit it with a modified ArtZForz (rip bro) TT Exploit at block 37, I don't think it recovered.
