if we see the roadmap on the website, Stacktical have mature plan to begin with, start on early 2016, this project is ready to be dominate now.

Cheers! Yes our MVP has been profitable with companies using our Scalability Testing Platform to validate their performance and make sure SLOs are respected:
https://hub.docker.com/r/stacktical/willitscale/

With our Scalability Testing/SLO generation tool and Decentralized Service Level Agreements we are aiming to tackle the whole Scalability issue end to end.

thats a big goal for this project, can i ask sir, who is direct competitor for your platform.?

Our main competitors are traditional Service Level Management platforms.
We are the only one who provide a trustless SLAs that are automatically releasing a compensation based on performance data  Cool

compensation as provided by Stacktical in the process of delay so that customers who use DSLA feel the same as those who do not use DSLA and what compensation is provided for those who do not use DSLA.

can i ask sir, what methode will your platform using for being the future of customer service for your user?

Decentralized Service Level Agreements makes downtime compensation automatic.
Because SLA enforcement and claims processes are painful and involves users contacting customer support it is a huge leap in customer service.
By making SLA guarantees cheaper and easier to manage, service providers can offer better guarantees to every type of customers.
Customer Service as we know is about to get much better and fair!  Cheesy

whether Stacktical can overcome failures when sending goods such as misplaced items sent for example item A is sent to city A turns out to be put in town B

Great comment!
It is ! On supply chain SLAs, failure to deliver shipment A on time would trigger an automatic compensation to the receiver from the shipping provider according to the SLO terms.

For example those SLO:
* >= 24 hours late delivery 10% refund of the shipment cost
* >= 72 hours late delivery 45% refund of the shipment cost
...

SLAs are always capped to the service costs so often (cost of failure < cost of compensation) that's why using SLAs are Smart Contract is great because SLAs can be "linked" to traditional insurance via out crowdfundable smart contracts Shocked

Right now many projects are stuck in the mud because of their scalability. If this project helps them to improve their scalability issues then i think it on the right ballpark.

Wait until the next bull run... Many cryptocurrency exchanges will probably go down again, just like in 2017.
