This coin is dead as it can be. All coins has been mined by few people and about 90% of all coin are in 20 different wallets?! One of them having about 1/3 of all coins.
If this coin is not scam then nothing is. Dev is still trying to make some money with it, but it's dead all ready.
Conclusion is that this coin is SCAM or dev is so noob that he has absolutely no idea what he's doing.

Total coin supply?
if you look at coinmarketcap it has a total circulating supply of 14,580,438 NRO and a total supply of 16,580,438 NRO
can someone confirm this? the circulating supply seems odd considering how new the coin is

Let the developers work on the software part. Since they are engaged in this and do not give time and money for advertising - so they have such an opportunity.
Will end with this, and then I hope there will be everything else. And news, and the road map, and Ico and others.
But for the time being, really everyone has the opportunity to buy coins at a very low price.

This NRO will turn up like the other neuro project - RUN.

We deep in debugging now. We just have no time to make news, post to socials, draw roadmaps an whitepapers.
