The team has done the right thing in migrating to a new token and for coming up with a new token sales,I'm sure you will not have a problem meeting the desired funds,because the dev team have proven over the years  they are capable of implementing their roadmap.

Mist and MyEtherWallet I think Ledger and Trezor also support Ethereum but you will have to double check.

Im looking to getting in to the sale does anyone know the best way to store the ERC20 tokens?

What I see is that every Etherem-based token is doing very well, there may be more tokens coming in circulation however the total supply has always been known.
Also there will be a burn of 1:1 for each token sold during the sale so the total supply will actually decrese for the first time.

I think this will be positive for Storj and the price of the token too.

Is there any chart of how much people are earning based on space right now? Thinking about the old days when GPU mining BTC was still possible and there were charts to help gauge your approx. hash rate/earnings based on various hardware, but in this case based on your storage space. I know there's a lot of calculation going into it but just to get an idea?

This seems to be a very good project and I've decided to join in. Where can I find the details of the ICO?

They haven't migrated yet, they only made an announcement, I heard the migration should happen around the middle of June with a web app which will allow you to swap old tokens to new tokens.

this project looking quite promising, I'll watch and participate in the crowdsale.

All the content is shreaded into tiny pieces, encoded and than spreaded around hundreds/thousands computers
