Sumokoin performance is just awesome these days...

My Questions is, after the Premine is unlocked, even the first wallet. The Premine is used to pay Devs and get on new Exchanges...

Exchanges don't accept sumo to buy in, so you have to dump a lot of sumo to get BTC... this will dump the coin like heavy... don't you think so??

Usually, that's not something that happens. The team uses the money from their own pockets (instead of just dumping the coin on which they're currently working upon) and then, once the coins (or the "pre-mine" in this case) are of good worth, they dump it.

...but yeah, if the team who's managing the project is poor, that makes a different story.

There's no guarantee at all that they won't dump it...most especially when an unavoidable factor called "human nature" is in play.

Greed is the real human nature, actually. That's why most of the pre-mines are kept until they're really worthy of getting dumped.

Dumping pre-mine right now won't make any sense, first the project needs to stand up in a better position, then the pre-mine should get dumped.

There's a real lack of volume for Sumo, a better exchange (with good volume) is definitely a requirement right now. Cryptopia is just not enough.

is this even ASIC proof??? Difficulty really spiked.
If it wasn't we would be at at least 500 Mh/s. Check cryptonotes that hasn't forked yet and you 'll spot the difference

The mining difficulty at whattomine - is it really accurate/updated?

Hello guys,

Sumo is on the voting-list for IndoDax - Indonesias biggest exchange. Please support us with your votes (one vote costs about 300sat) there (users have to be verified on Indodax to vote - the verification is really quick though, not even 24h)

https://indodax.com/

Please support us, we would really appreciate a new exchange in that area.

Thank you!

I think sumokoin is good for long-term investment because many think that sumokoin will be expensive for the future

I invested a lot of money in sumo between $2.58-$2.80, now just forget about it. Sumo will be added to new exchange and is implementing new features what no other privacy coin have. I don't think that its only good for long-term but middle-term too. Definitely, very good investment what I won't regret

Of course I will use the best and biggest pool. Why would I use inferior pool that does not work properly and when I have problem with it nobody can help me.
I'm using official pool and it works fine. Smiley

I have new record for SUMO and RX550 4GB - 390H/s  suprise me this small beast ...

It's a very good result!
I also have RX550 but 2GB (Sapphire Pulse).
Is it also possible to reach same hashrate with my card?

Here is my promised video about saphire RX550 setting to achieve over 400H/s per card on SUMO HEAVY Algo ....

https://youtu.be/88O1jRQhnWw

if you have any additional question do not hesitate to ask me

My new 12xRX550 rig, primary for IPBC algo, but tested on SUMO - over 5100H/s for 440W

Please don't use fairpool. There is a lot of HR on fairpool already. We have many pools, people should not only use one.

Do you have problems today with sumokoin.hashvault.pro pool? I get this error. I started with sumo recently but everything worked for a week, till now.
What alternative pool you recommend, which are the best?

I doubt that anything will be banned. Don't focus on such news...

And also: we are not listed on a japanese exchange yet. So...  Grin

I just read in Forbes that Japanese authorities are discouraging exchanges from listing privacy coins. https://www.forbes.com/sites/adelsteinjake/2018/04/30/japans-financial-regulator-is-pushing-crypto-exchanges-to-drop-altcoins-favored-by-criminals/#674260891b8a   No real new facts in the article but it does have me wondering if Japanese authorities really are taking a dim view of privacy coins?  Are Sumo developers monitoring this?  Would it discourage the developers if this turns out to be true?

Wow...New exchange for Sumo. Looks like no trade there yet but good to have one more.  https://altex.exchange/markets&pair=XMR_SUMO

Cannot hurt to be traded on altex.exchange but I don't think it will have any effect on the price for now. Just not good volume over there.

Oh boy! Aren't we touchy about the "hype" thang.

FYI, anything that hasn't happened yet (and therefore not a fact) and is being published (i.e. announced to the public) is nothing but a "hype". So any publicized road maps, plans, etc. are just that -- hypes. Insisting that they are otherwise...now that's dumb! If one doesn't like being accused of hyping, then don't publish it; wait until it really happens and becoming a fact.
