I want to mention that it does look a little bit wrong.
As far as I know nicehash needs variable difficulty on a minimum level that the pool does not mention or officially support?
Tried to set up a pool (and failed^^) to play around on weekend so I've been reading also some of the additional supports requirements like nicehash, or better how to prevent them killing your pool^^
0.167025 BTC per hour for 3MH thats a little bit insane.
-> 48 seconds per Block @ 32.0099 SUMO
-> 75 Blocks per hour
-> 2400 Sumo per hour
-luck 1% -pool 1% equals 2350 Sumo per hour
2350 Sumo @ 0.00013554BTC = 0.318519BTC
So even if luck left him with another 10% less blocks and selling at lowest 0.00008554BTC on cryptotopia there is still a win^^
Uh and now at least 900Mhz have been positioned against him(or a show, and he put some of it on the other pools to mislead people)
Crypto bidding hashing power wars.
Yes, should at least delete the port 6666 with diff > 25000
Although it is not garatiruet that he will not make his pool, however.
Basically one and the same person this deals with.
We all know that's a big problem but I don't think simply block the port would solve it, though it may make it a bit more difficult for them but nothing prevents them from creating their own pool to mine.
Sumokoin inherits original Cryptonote algorithm for difficulty adjustment that basically calculates average emission time of 720 recent blocks and adjust diff so that average 4 minutes/block time to be ensured and to avoid inflation. Though diff is determined at every block, it can do little if the hashrate suddenly gets double or triple.
