Is this normal?

Shipment number: *************
Date   Operation   Settlement
2014-03-06 17:12:10   Courier Pick-up   SOFIA
2014-03-06 19:58:40   Received in Office   SOFIA

It should be on the way by now right? Did they lost it already? Anyone else see the same?
cool
they have some lag in data representing

Confirmed, as far as I'm concerned their tracking page was updated yesterday night and I receive the package today...
Well that was not the case in my case. Now I see it still in SOFIA in DPD HUB... Got DPD number. So at that speed I'm not sure when I will get it...

03/07/2014 18:44    DPD data centre   Additional information    Shipment data transmitted
03/07/2014 19:39      0068 Sofia (BG)    Hub scan     SI • 0066    160   101

It would be the same if we would use UPS today... Probably batter since it would be deliverd same day it get to Slovenia not next day as it is in case of DPD. Where did they get Speedy name...

Hy again!:)
The five hex8 now work nice with 52% CPU use. But when i connect one hexC or hexB then the CPU spin up to 100% and the performance decreases on all board. While this the hex8 board red light pulses.
Now i have two RPI. One for 2xHexB 1xHexC and for the other 5xHex7.
Any idea?
Thanks!

I have RPI A, and when i use 5 Hex8 miner, then the cgminer process goes up to 100% cpu use and therefore decreases the performance. With 4 work it 70% and all is nice.
Is there any solution to config less work to the cgminer?
Thanks!
Sure --set-dif-to-one 0
Check my spelling though it is written in chnagelog. And make sure you are using latest version -you will know it when you see pool reject rate % in screen session

Get a TP-Link TL-3020 it kicks the ass of the RPi.
Red light of hex 8 means it has no work. USB writes are taking too long for some reason. It seems some USB issue. Try with other hub or use the one I have recommended ....
And finally tplink if all fails
However if all is good at two pi's follow golden rule if it works do not touch it Wink

I have received my devices, will plug them in after I get home from work.

EDIT:
I have connected them (used a brand new Corsair CX750 PSU for the two HEX8A1 miners) and they all work. I have replaced the 4 port hub with a 7 port hub (this one even has diodes so that the HEXB miners do not backfeed the power to the PC). However, one of the HEX8A1  has 5% HW errors:

1. Is there a way to reduce the overclock on that particular device, while keeping it on the other two?
2. Do these devices report their temperature? If so, how can I see it?

But yea, the heatsink arrangement makes it difficult to place the miners so they do not blow hot air into one another or other miners...

Any setup guides for this, if someone cd post link most helpful.

If you use the TPLINK (wich is the best solution) you can use this : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/how-to-upgrade-tplink-tl-mr3020-firmware-to-technobit-openwrt-476326
If not, simply read the old posts of this topic, you'll find information onto how to patch cgminer and recompile it.

260/1005 = 33   A  ~ 396 watt
265/1030 = 37   A
265/1040 = 38,5 A
265/1050 = 39   A
270/1050 = 40,5 A

You better use your corsair to powered HEX8  Cheesy
How stable was it on 270 and 1050? Did you test it higher? How good did that work?
Not recommended at all to set it higher than 270 Wink Marto is free to correct me of course.
Any way i have tried it up to 268 and all was good

Agree, that's was for reference only  Cheesy
5 A for additional 5GH really not worth it  Roll Eyes

How long did it take for it to show it out of Sofia?

And this Monday?

EDIT: I asked for UPS Smiley Since all of the problems last time. But since he missed UPS he send it with speedy... With 2860GH on the way that is costly... 244.87$/day...

Baised on last experience with them I hope it is just that... Smiley And there was practically no lag on first two items...

EDIT: My problem is that if it is on the way and I would like to get it I today I need to go to the airport since DPD will not process it till next week. But without DPD tracking number I can't do it. And I have zero to two hours left. Depends on a day... (Air mail is not even processed by DPD hire. They use a local company no idea why since DPD is present hire and process ground packages)
marto74 any chance you would look into this since I don't think this is normal... I think there are only two options. They didn't send it out again or lost it again... And this time I would like to get it sooner then in 4 weeks after it got to Slovakia, France, Slovakia again(if I remember right) and then my country... And got lost 3 times and forgot it in storage on the way...

Or is everyone's like that?

I have ordered a board from technobit, and i live in france too.
I did not have any problem, marked as shipped on monday, board received on Thursday, and the speedy.bg give me the correct information, with a little delay (half a day).
What kind of expedition did you choose ?

[EDIT] i have choosed "DPD Express (air)" as expedition[/EDIT]

Regarding the PSU needed to power the 260 GHs board, would you guys think that the one provided with a BFL Single 60 GHs would be enough ?
It's currently running and it draws ~ 319 W, so I'm guessing that it should be enough... right ?

Nota1 : I already have a dedicated PSU (CORSAIR 750W) which will be used for this Technobit board but I haven't set up a fake power button yet, and I'd really like to test my new miner...

Nota2 : miner received today, 3 days after it was sent by Technobit !
Great job ! Looking forwared to buy the next generation ^^

Some of measurement on various setting.
Measured on 12V rail.

Hi 319 W will be ok as far you stay below 240 / 900 V
For higher clock you'll need more power
Just check the great review by 2GOOD
