No, the size of the reward to the miners has not changed yet, the rewards to the masternodes are zero until April 15. The difficulty of the mining is increased due to the increase in the hashrate.

I think 10K is very bad to keep it fare.

This way only a few big early adopters can own them and dump rewards from them.
There should be a lower price or a way to split them with funds being safe.
