Not exactly sure, but they did say they were going to payout rewards in PAY tokens. Maybe they were buying them up for future use while they are at ATL's.

This is just a big drama nothing useful coming on this platform and after few days the whole team will run away like this. This is just beginning of this run away and we will waiting like this to be true this is very disappointing situation for this project.
Yes, after completion of their ICO, we don't see any improvement from them and progress about their developments. I hope in the coming days we have to forget about the Tenx because they won't issue any cards to people who invested a huge amount into this project.

As it was stated in that update next AMA session should clear things for rest of the year term wise. I will try to catch up live streaming but will remain to what are immediate plans for short term like for this quarter.
