Thank you for putting the list together. I will make a request immediately.

I already put the requests in.  The best thing the community can do is tweet at the various exchanges asking them to add us.  A lot of what they go on is how large and active the communities are.  We have tweeted a lot at Bittrex and we should continue to do that, but we should also start tweeting at these other sites too.

Also welcome!

the first post badly needs to be updated. Does this coin have POS? Do I invest when the dev does not seem to be active?

I will update the OP in the next couple of days.  I was hoping someone else would do it, but I haven't heard from them in a while.  Smiley

I check this thread every day, and I am on all the social media every day too, so you can always find me around.

We don't have POS.

Welcome to the community!

The trigger must be voted on so as to make sure there isn't a typo or mistake in it.  Double check the trigger output and then vote yes!

Sorry clock, I'm not getting it. Do we have to reconfirm our vote? If so what is the exact procedure?

Hope this helps clear it up:

The trigger has been put in the system so please vote yes on it.

gobject vote-many 75efc33a6d45cf632deace483f4a64f10804a4c3c792f48eff0159f371db491c funding yes
https://proposals.terracoin.io/

The trigger is what tells the superblock to pay out, and it also works as a double check, so everyone can see who is getting paid out.  This round is easy because all the proposals passed, but imagine a month were there are a ton of proposals that don't pass and some that are in a close race.  The trigger helps everyone see how the final voting ended.  This is also why the voting ends a couple of days before the superblock to let people see how it ended and to give time for the trigger to get 10% of the votes needed to pass.

A side note here is that proposals are paid out by yes minus no votes.  It didn't matter this round, but in a round where there are more proposals then budgetary funds this will matter.

Hope this all makes sense.  Thanks!

Thank you very much I've got it! :-)

Developers have to use this procedure to enlist trc on bittrex:
https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/202583854-Submitting-a-Coin-to-Bittrex

and submit info here:
https://bittrex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=114093958872

no other form of request are considered by bittrex.

Meanwhile... price back to 3000...  Sad

Bittrex as any major exchange will list what they like. If the project is solid the chances are not that bad to get listed

Oct. 19th Terracoin Update - Approved

All five of the first round of proposals have been approved!

Voting for this round has finished and we will be putting in the trigger soon.  The trigger shows all of the payouts and which addresses they are being sent to.

The trigger must be voted on so as to make sure there isn't a typo or mistake in it.  Double check the trigger output and then vote yes!

In about 3.6 days the superblock will happen and the TRC will be generated to pay the proposals.  Masternode payouts will not happen for the same number of block as there are payouts.  Since we have 5 proposals that have passed then 5 blocks worth of masternode payouts will be skipped (about 10 minutes).

After the superblock (block 1101600) the next month of budgetary spending is open for proposals!

Here is a link to how to put in a proposal:

https://github.com/terracoin/proposals

I will be closing the issues on github that are no longer relevent after the trigger is put in.

Please start putting in your proposals for ways to help move Terracoin forward after the superblock!  This is an opportunity to use your masternode for more then just rewards, and you can help the cryptocoin you have already put money into.

Also always remember to vote!  We currently have at top voting percent of 36.5% of masternodes voted.  Your vote counts!  Please vote yes, no or abstain on proposals.

We have set up some websites to help track proposals, voting, masternodes, and the blockchain.

proposals.terracoin.io
masternode.terracoin.io
count.terracoin.io (A community member set this up!  Thank you! Alberto Devesa!)
explorer.terracoin.io

I look forward to talking with more of you on the forums and social media!  Below are links to join the community.

Lastly, the price has been all over the place the past couple of days, so now is a good time to get in and pick up a masternode or two so you can also partake in the decentralized governance!

Numbers

Terracoin still very undervalued I see... Time to talk to my trading friends and see if they can help with listings.

There are so many inferior coins on larger exchanges. Love the persistence guys!

We will never give up and always be improving Terracoin!  Thanks for the support!

You are the only person who I have ever heard say that Wikileaks is apolitical.  Are you in the US?  Maybe people in other countries think differently about it.

Like I said I will add it to the list if more people want it on there.

Don't say that.
It's not difficult to create an army of trolls that will all say they are happy with the idea (I'm not saying that someone will do it though).
Than you'll need to say that they are not real in order to avoid putting this organization in your list?
Let face it it would be too dangerous for you and for all the TRC Foundation members to help Wikileaks, because they are fighting among the other things against the representative democracy in which the politicians do whatever they want once they are elected and never ask people's opinion about a thing they are doing.
The decentralized government by other hand is a kind of solution to the problem because it opens the way to the direct democracy.
I think that TRC Foundation has to create conditions to make people express their opinions and to realize their opinions, because if not it might seem like the people are tricked into the decisions someone thinks are better.   Which is the exact issue of the representative democracies.

Good point!

They no longer offer the buy your way on option.  Last time (like a year ago) when we tried they said we didn't have enough community members/support.  Now we have a much larger community and I think tweeting at them helps let them know we have grown since then.

Already did that!  Smiley

Stay away from Wikileaks, you want to bear no relation to them. The platform is considered unethical at best by many people around the globe, not just in the US, as the're irresponsibly publishing unredacted sensitive information, putting a lot of people in danger who did absolutely nothing wrong at all. I'm voting for a humanitarian organization.

Exposing the truth is now unethical?.... Roll Eyes  You've been watching too much Fox/CNN.... Cheesy

Oh well, if TRC users/devs are too shit scared to add Wikileaks to the poll then EFF should be removed, because they have the balls to support Wikileaks & have done for years:

https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=wikileaks+eff&btnG=Search&client=firefox-b&dcr=0&gfe_rd=cr&dcr=0&ei=f6ToWbLmF-eE3gP2vIz4Dw

Save bunnies & pandas instead.

Wow, so yeah, people have some really strong opinions about Wikileaks and turning this thread into a place filled with discord isn't really what I want to happen here.  If you equate the EFF with Wikileaks then why not just vote for the EFF?  I voted for the EFF and I also read the link you provided.  If the EFF's staff of lawyers want to help Wikileaks I am fine with that.

Your points are very strong.
But I can't blame people if they do not have courage to do what you are suggesting.
I think I can imagine what can happen to someone who will be exposing himself in this way in this battle.
And I wouldn't do it and wouldn't be happy if the people that are easily (at least for the big boys) to be calculated who they are would expose themselves to such a great risk.
By other hand we really need TRC Foundation, even if I criticize them more often and sharper than they'd like me to.
What sense would it have if they sacrifice themselves for the cause they are not even believing in?
If you have such a courage or you know someone that is well hidden or protected from the revenge that can follow after such an action maybe you can suggest him to ask Wikileaks to set up their TRC address and than make a proposal to finance it.
Maybe the majority of the Mn's owners are with you, maybe not. But if you are convinced maybe you can try.
I'm not challenging you, because if you don't do so I'll be happier, for you in the first place and for the MN owners that may be exposed to the risks as well if they vote positively to such a proposal.
Probably we have to consider that financing charities is just our way to promote the coin and to stay quiet without making wrong steps we are not ready for at the moment.

Like John said, you can put in a proposal and see how the voting goes.  Also, I did say I would add it to the poll if more people wanted it on there.

Since when was Wikileadks political?....It's a non-profit journalistic organization, about as apolitical as you can get.

Wikileaks brings out some strong emotions in people and I rather not have this thread blowup into some sort of political discussion.

EDIT: If a bunch of people want it on the list I will add it on there.

Again, Wikileaks is absolutely not political, It's a non-profit journalistic organization, which is about as apolitical as you can get. Nobody wants politics involved, which is why I suggested them.
