Bittrex shows that they may remove Teslacoin due to lack of trading. Seems strange, its going up in value, yet that's not acceptable to them? The website states there must be at least .2btc trade volume over 7 days to save it from being removed.

Now we need to make sure cryptsy is fix.
And after that remove your coin from cryptsy to bittrex.

Yes my wallet hasn't been closed once since I downloaded it or locked or anything so I just gave up the staking them and moved them back to the exchange lmfao I have no clue why they wouldn't stake for me though

first thing check if you are on the same block. Than you can check the black hash.
Than if so, you should be ok but to be sure go on help and debug console in your wallet (windows)
then write getblockhash (block)
on teslachain.info click on the last block and check if both hash are identical. If so, you are good

Much better support, but with their new delisting policy, we need to make 0.2 btc volume daily.
And Cryptsy doesnt ask for that, which now really fit us
