Yes. I think a few of the crowd here would like to help create a fund.

I am willing to pledge some of my stacks as coldstore long term HODL.
Then redeemable (if need be for exchange of the token).
That is underwriting stuff.

Everything verifiable on the block chain. Multiple partners, and needs to be backed with more coins pledged than actually underwritten.

Example:

fund token represent 10BTC of value, but LLC-partners can demonstrate 13.337 BTC locked up on the chain.

There is also multisig stuff that can really lockin the escrow'd funds.

I don't see this store idea benefiting any one coin over any other coin. What it will do is bring in more users, supporters & developers who like marijuana and never knew cryptocoins were a serious thing.

Thanks for the support. The idea of under cutting store prices is huge, it would bring in lots of new users. Have the $POT ATM in there, $DOPE smoke exchange & the new HempPay card. Volunteers helping at the store may receive $crypto donations. No money accepted other than the ATM makes it very safe. You could be bringing in 100+ new users a day into $crypto 420 coins.

I'm a bit busy now but can be an advisor if someone wants to take over the idea. The ICO would only need to raise like $100,000 or so for 1 year of operation.

The ICO funds need to be spent so raising the ICO with Ethereum is probably better. It wouldn't cause downward sell pressure & the store would bring in buy pressure for the #420jf coins.
