Counterparty old technology which in time will be replaced by new technologies of the Ethereum and the Waves. As for me, not the best choice of platform.
Counterparty was chosen because the Tokens were created in 2014 when Ethereum was not released for another year. We also decided to stick with Counterparty because we are loyal and they're layered on the Bitcoin blockchain which we feel is much more stable and reliable than Ethereum at the moment.
It also comes with a built-in decentralized exchange, which is good. I like Counterparty.

They all have various projects behind them and the system for Scarab is ready to launch, our focus now is acquiring participants.
Whitepaper should be ready today, too.
