So, yeah, their BCT account was hacked but send them photos of your personal id just to use a faucet because it's in safe, capable hands.

Paying an actual small fee would be highly preferable to releasing personal identification into unknown hands. If you'd had a site you use hacked and your info stolen you'd understand.

Seems a small amount to pay for free coins. Stop and think about how much more personal information you give to other internet entities. Facebook, Google, Cell Providers, and others have your information and provide you with next to nothing.
To my knowledge, they implemented this verification system to stop the shill accounts and faucet fraud and I bet it will work.

I highly recommend avoiding TheCryptoChat. They are requiring users to send in photo id just to use faucets. Can you imagine every faucet site requiring you to send your id? What a security risk!
I mentioned in chat I didn't think it was a good idea on their part and got instantly banned from the site.
If you want to be treated like a criminal going through a TSA checkpoint and put your identification in the hands of unknown people by all means use the site but otherwise stay away.

why i don't get an activation link ?
Hello there, we were recently having some problems with verification emails being sent out, that problem has been fixed now...
however, if you are using a microsoft email account (live/outlook/hotmail,etc...) those are experencing problems still and we are working on that, however all other email providers seem to be having no such issues
