Of course, such info will be visible to the counterparty (only after order's matching) to complete fiat transaction.
But, it will apply only to crypto/fiat types of transaction.
When you buy and sell crypto for crypto (swap) this is not needed. Such types of transaction will be performed for seconds.

Yes, about 45% will be used for marketing. The rest on development, legal issues and other activities.

We will try to release it on May 05-07 or even earlier. The date May 15 was set in the roadmap in order to exceed expectations.
Actually, all dates in the roadmap are set in that way. It allows us to have some time to catch up.

Why alpha version's release is set on 15th of May, one day after the end of pre-sale ? I would prefer to test the prototype to test some functionalities and first impression of the release though with basic functionalities will show your capabilities. If prototype was planned earlier it was having direct impact on the results of pre-ICO round as well. There is not big price difference anyway for main round too.

[number of tokens sold / 0.65]

We will not reduce or increase the supply of tokens because its number is a constant.
Thus, the more people will believe in the TOKPIE success the more tokens will be in circulation.

Perhaps this amount adequately reflects the budget required to launch the platform. I like this much more than projects that plan to collect millions of dollars for small tasks.

That's right; we do not want to raise too many funds, so we keep the soft/hard cap at a reasonable level. Besides, it makes TOKPIE attractive for investors who will benefit from low capitalization in the token sale stage.
