Perhaps this amount adequately reflects the budget required to launch the platform. I like this much more than projects that plan to collect millions of dollars for small tasks.

The prototype is almost ready for 90%, very soon the release will be announced, as indicated in the "road map". Probably the minimum goal was compiled from the previous course, when the cost of ETH was twice as high.
